Very friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms don't have wifi, and wifi isn't free in the common areas.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, beautiful view from the balconies.

Nice pool. Good breakfast. Good location.

Lots of steps.

Our stay here was quite enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful when required. The breakfast was good having a fairly large selection of foods. The swimming pool was clean and there was also a small exercise room for those needing to burn of excess energy. The hotel was in a good location - just a short walk from Kata beach. The rooms were clean and contained all the necessaries. The only complaint we had was our towels were dirty when we checked in but were swapped out immediately. Also there are quite a lot of stairs to get through to get to some of the rooms.
