Friendly, Clean very nice, Lots of Mosqitos Bad Wifi Coverage and Slow Connection, Acceptable Breadfast If you going to Kata Noi, watch out the dogs.

Good views of Kata beach
Nice pool
Friendly, family run Not much - fairly plain rooms and facilities.
(Has one of those cheap gyms which is hardly worth the effort) Its a friendly family run place on the side of the hill overlooking Kata beach. It has a sprawl of fairly plain but comfortable rooms most of which have a good balcony overlooking the bay. It has a nice pool also overlooking the bay. You puff a bit walking up dozens of stairs to get back to your room, but that is the price of the view - and they'll drive you up to the top in a golf buggie if its really too much.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms don't have wifi, and wifi isn't free in the common areas. Good location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, beautiful view from the balconies.

Good breakfast.
Good location. Our stay here was quite enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful when required. The breakfast was good having a fairly large selection of foods. The swimming pool was clean and there was also a small exercise room for those needing to burn of excess energy. The hotel was in a good location - just a short walk from Kata beach. The rooms were clean and contained all the necessaries. The only complaint we had was our towels were dirty when we checked in but were swapped out immediately. Also there are quite a lot of stairs to get through to get to some of the rooms.

Helpful staff This hotel provided an overall good stay.
As others have said there are quite a lot of stairs to get through to get to your room. The themed nights they have in the bar downstairs are quite comical. The hotel pool and breakfast were both good. The hotel was in a good location just a few minute walk from Kata beach

I think the family who wants to enjoy resort feelings can be satisfied. However, it might be unsuitable for the elderly person because of the long flight of stairs.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The near sea is very beautiful. So you can see a lot of fish with the snorkel tube.
