This is one of the best places we have ever stayed at. We had a fantastic time. The resort had been recommended to me pre-renovation, and now it is just perfect. The room was great. We stayed in a deluxe sea view room. We were two adults and two kids age 11 and 9. They stayed on existing bedding (the day bed is plenty big enough even for two older children. I strongly request that the hotel change the policy of charging a child over 12 for an extra bed. Our daughter will be 12 next time we come and would still be fine on the day bed! The extra bed charge makes a big diff to the budget! Bathroom was stunning, and mini bar facilities excellent with ground coffee and glasses for wine, water, soft drinks, ice bucket. The pool and beach are stunning, the kids and adults alike loved the slide. Poolside service was excellent. Late afternoon complimentary fruit and drinks were served by the pool. Baby elephant Candy visits twice a day. Gorgeous!

Absolutely loved our stay at Outrigger Laguna Phuket Beach Resort. A little hard to find since there are so many hotels in the area with a similar variation of the name. The water slide was enjoyed by the adults as well as my two year old. My rooms were beautiful and the kids loved the daybed by the window looking out onto the lagoon. Took pictures with the baby elephant after breakfast. Ran out of time to do the lagoon boat ride that was free, but looked like a lot of fun. Bike rentals had baby seats on the back too. Staff were friendly but need a little more training.

I stayed at the Outrigger Laguna Beach Resort for four days with family and friends. The hotel is beautiful, with gorgeous rooms and a great view. There's a variety of different pools for the family, including a water slide and water polo. The beach is beautiful compared to Patong's beach. It's quiet with no one to hassle you and the water is clear. We only had one problem with breakfast. The newly hired staff weren't too organized and it took them forever to bring our coffee or tea.
