Friendly reception staff, clean, good sized room and bathroom, roof top pool and Jim's restaurant located inside hotel. Because it is off the main road , some taxi drivers will try and charge you extra even though you are in the same town. Stayed here with my girlfriend during September and it was brilliant. We were picked up at the airport by the hotel taxi (reasonably priced at 750bt) and welcomed with some drinks and friendly reception staff while we waited for our room to be readied.
The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and overlooked the sea. Little touches like bathrobes, slippers and free water topped it off.
Jim's restaurant is situated in the hotel, but is run separately by Jim (head chef). I travel a lot and by rule of thumb never eat hotel food, asd it is overpriced and underwhelming. But this is the exception.
Great food, well prepared by the trained staff at a reasonable price. We ate here more times than not. Jim can be seen talking to customers most nights. Really friendly guy and will try and accommodate any of your culinary needs.
If he is available, I would ask him for a private cooking lesson. Good value for money and lots of fun.
The roof top pool is amazing. Clean towels provided for pool use and room service will deliver up to the pool.
Overall, you won't regret staying here, especially if you on a budget.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : I would recommend using the hotel taxi's to go to patong. You will probably pay the same for a tuk-tuk outside and the hotel have brand new cars.
Karon beach is very quiet and secluded(which is waht we wanted) but worth going into Patong to see the markets and visit some buzzing restaurants.

The ambiance was great. The rooms were excellent and even included a balcony. The full fridge and microwave were also nice additions. The location is good - only a 10 minute walk to Karon Beach. The breakfast (included) was good and there was no need to use meal coupons. Nice rooftop pool that is open late. The food off the menu wasn't very good, but ok. A taxi service is provided by the resort, but it is a bit pricey. Also, many taxi/tuk tuk drivers don't know the resort. The pool didn't seem very clean - I wouldn't put your head under. Overall, I found the Pacific Club to be a very nice place to stay in Phuket. The price was right and the accommodations were of good quality. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was a nice, relaxing environment. I would definitely stay there again if I was on Phuket Island.

Location was great, near to Karon Beach and the town, but tucked away up a hill in a quiet soi, and depending on the floor level, affords great views to the beach.
Food is great, great breakfast, very good menu. Rooms are a little old fashioned. Some have great balconies, others have very small ones. Depends on which room you get. The hotel has good location, adjacent to town and the Karon beach. Ideally you would need transport, however, since it is a little far to walk to the beach. The rooms are adequate, we had a super suite, which actually was not much more than a regular room. We alos had a small shady terrace with chairs, a table and a sunbed lounger. There is a super pool on the roof which has a pool bar and great views of Karon beach in the distance, a great place for a "sundowner".
Shopping Tip : There is a 7-11 just at the junction of the main road where you can get drinks and snacks.

Dine in the restaurant at night - We normally don't eat at the hotel we stay at, but the Chef here is excellent.
Hotel Feature Tip : Try the oevos rancheros for breakfast - but only if you are hungry....excellent...!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's a great hotel if you want to have a quiet get-a-way that is far away from the crowds, but yet still accessible to a beautiful beach. If you want to have a mini-retreat, staying in and eating in, this boutique hotel is a great option.
Hotel Feature Tip : They have free herbal sauna's in the late afternoons/evenings.

Very good breakfast. Location if you're looking for something on the beach. About four or five block walk from the beach. We had a great stay at Pacific Club!! It is built on a hillside which gives you great views from the balcony off your room. The rooftop swimming pool also provided outstanding views. Very quiet area. The staff was very efficient, helpful and friendly. The room was very large, clean and the bathroom had the rain shower head in it - great for morning showers. The breakfast was wonderful. You could order from the menu as well as help yourself to the buffet which included fresh fruits, cereals, yogurt, pastries, and juices.
Hotel Feature Tip : Great food - Australian beef on the menu and well prepared.

We had a lovely relaxing stay here and would certainly return.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Siam Safaris Excursion, which included an elephant ride, water buffalo ride and cooking and other demonstrations, was very well run and we would definitely recommend it. Simon's Cabaret in Patong is well worth a visit as is the Phuket Fantasea show.

Very nice and clean hotel, quiet location, good food. You must walk about 15 Min. to the beach (or rent a bike in hotel). Beautiful hotel, with very nice furnished rooms. Fantastic Food, friendly personal. The swimming pool is on the roof, so you have a beautiful view from the hill over the sea.
Location is very quiet, on a hill 15 minutes away from the beach.

You can rent a bike in hotel and drive to kata or patong beach for swimming, shopping,... . And return to Karon beach to relax and enjoy the quiet place on the hill.
Restaurant Tip : Hotel offers the best steaks in the area.
