Lovely hotel, really enjoyed it

Lovely room, clean and convenient. A short walk to the beach, Jungceylon and the bars, but set back and so reasonable quiet.
Lovely pool and restaurant area. Breakfast looked good (I only had fruit & toast).
Staff were good. Management were exceptional. I'd definately return.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet was great and the gym facilities were were well taken care of. Our room was clearly one of the older rooms but they other rooms all seemed very nice. The poolside bar was a nice addition as well.

NIce Rooms but building works going on

Overall goood place but at the moment there is a large construction site next door (April 2011). This looks like it will be there for a while so maybe best to find another place until this finished!

location is very convenient with many leisure activities

Swimming pool is provided. Room tidy & clean. Hotel is 5 minute walk to beach and same to Juncelyon Shopping Mall unless you need to walk much slower because of heat then maybe 10 minutes. Just outside hotel are several massage centers which were all terrific.

palmyra patong resort is a great resort at patong.....resort environment is good,clean and comfortable...staff performence very nice and politely.....room condition is good.....i like this resort.....i will choose here when i come to patong again.....

Spacious rooms however buidling site in front of balcony.
Close to shops and Restaurants and also to the beach.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Internet connection is sometimes not working or very very slow which can be a problem if you still have to do some work.

Great location but with a bad service

The breakfast was under expectation. The room air cond temp cant be adjust, and it will off by itself in the middle of night. Experienced twice power trip n must slept with no air cond for 3 nights.. Did a complaint but seems to be useless as the technician couldnt do much.. Fixed the air cond but at night it broken again.. I never asked for any compensation and yet they think i stole 1 bowl from the room.. Stupid management!!! Is ur bowl made from crystal??

Great locations
cheap massage parlours on left & right of entrance

enjoy the stay, though it has been raining all days through our stay. spent bit of time in the hotel. there's a cheap chillout place called Rosco's pub, more for chatting & watching soccer.
will definately go back to Palmyra hotel for next trip!

This hotel is located in patong town.. very near to blanga road.. around 10mins walks, 15mins walk to the beach.. very clean and nice hotel. they have a great pool, the night view of the pool is very pretty, breakfast is ok, not bad but many flies.
The only bad point if they only provide 1 umbrella per room, because in patong the road are narrow, it is hard to walk 2 person together when there are someone who are walking on the another way around. maybe they can upgrade to 2 umbrella per room =)
Shopping Tip:
weekend market must go, very nice food + cheap, clothing there must bargain.
There is a market nearby Palmyra hotel, but price need to bargain 50% off
