The hotel is situated off the busy main street, which is a plus.
The beds are comfortable.
Staff are not well trained and do not know a lot about their facilities and services, however, they did try their best to help (often time they'd refer you to another person/station).
Overall it's good value for money.

Nice clean hotel nearby walking street

Enjoyed our stay here with a relatively quiet crowd allowing for a relaxing time. Located within walking distance from Bangla street, the rooms were clean and a spacious bathroom was provided.
The amenities were above average with a nice pool to cool yourself and relax by and reasonably priced cocktails during the day.

Good location, quite and away but close to all

Front desk reception check in was satisfactory, but, needs to be improved with better and friendly service, there is often vagueness in requests and replies. Executive room on the top floor was satisfactory, small kitchenette, ample wardrobe but not enough hangers, good sized exec room and balcony with good views onto the horizon, however, as well as hotel pool, however, views of neighboring hotels, businesses not so pleasant. For the business traveler like myself, WiFi was problematic, with poor reception on the top floor, making it frustrating to do work, unless, you did it at reception (the WiFi needs to be improved). Gym is simple with some weights and a treadmill, its OK for the beginner but inadequate for the mod-exp user.

Conveniently situated for and beach/town acess.
You can easily walk everywhere

Conveniently situated for airport and beach/town acess. Set back so that you can easily walk everywhere but are not overwhelmed by noise. Our room looked as if it had been revamped. Accommodation is plain and serves the purpose. Bath is tiny. Front desk fairly friendly! Breakfast acceptable and enjoyable.

Swimming pool was small for a "resort".

The staff was helpful. We liked the room and arrangements. Hotel was close to the beach and restaurants. Not a bad hotel, but not exciting either. Won't consider it 4 star.

Good location away from the crowd

On arrival the staff were friendly and were more than happy to accommodate us with an upgrade to a poolside room upon request.
What a great room fresh,clean and well laid out including sliding door opening to a deck with table and chairs lovely waterfall feature, also a seating area directly outside the room in the pool itself.
Restaurant Tip:
If your looking for a great steak then try the Buffalo steak house as our meals were fantastic

Was there from 17 dec-21 dec 2012. Hotel staff's was very friendly and always there when we in need of certain information. Location wise was awesome if you love to shop. Street market is every where. The room was big and the toilet was very clean. Worth every cent spend there however the hotel dosent serve halal food for muslim tourist. Overall, I still had a pleasant stay there, I'll give 10/10 for this hotel!!

Lovely hotel with great location

The hotel is not big, but clean and comfortable. The bars, restaurants and shopping center are surrounding, so it very convenient.
Shopping Tip:
The money exchange booth (the first one turn left when getting out of hotel)offer's quite good rate (about USD 1 to 30.5 THB).

Rude and Hostile front desk

The hotel manager had spoiled my holiday and as such a terrifying ordeal on my last day of stay
The only people in the hotel who knows Thai hospitality is the servers from the restuarant, chambermaids and the hotel owner( they are friendy with a smile).
the front desk people stays grumpy through out.
I will never think to consider to stay again.
