Hotel staff's was very friendly and the room is quite clean and bright. About 15min walk to bangla rd, the centre of attention in patong.

Great location but small room

it may not be one luxurious room, but it is indeed a comfortable room to stay in. but it's quite disappointed that it is a non-smoking room. my hubby didnt like it.
Restaurant Tip:
because we are muslim, it's really hard to find halal foods/restaurants. but we managed to find one or two. i recommended kusuma msia-thai halal restaurant. the seafoods are so superlicious delicious. there are also peddlers that sells halal foods for muslims.
the shopping shops are also quite cheap. the resort we stayed also near to jungceylon shopping malls, bangla street and near patong beach. we simply love the environments. :)

Inflexible check in policy for Asians.
Westerners apparently have an easier time.
Got an upgrade to Grand Deluxe.
Came with a kitchenette, hard bed, soft pillows.
Saving grace - separate bath and shower.
Amenities in the room are chargeable except for the toiletries and free water provided. Even bedroom slippers usage has rules.
Decent breakfast spread. Usage of computer is chargeable.
There is a good Internet cafe few metres to the left.
Located next to the new Novotel (there is another nearer the beach). This was formerly known as Chaba Villas.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Lots of tour operators in shops and little caddy shacks. There is also a token one in the lobby. Prices should be competitive.
Airport transfer is 700 per taxi way. You can get better prices outside. Lots of currency exchanges. The best rate, at the time of travel, was given at bank with blue corporate colours. lots of ATMS to feed your shopping frenzy. beach was a short Soi walk away

Nice hotel and swimming pool

Nice hotel with a amazing swimming pool and small garden. It is about 10 mins away from Patong beach, so it is not noisy at all except the bed in room 1509 which got some problem. Overall, it is a really nice hotel to stay and will choose it again next time if it not too expensive:)

We stayed for 4 days and found that the hotel services is very good, they allowed us to check in as early as 9.30 am and the rooms very clean and spacious. The morning breakfast was good although its the same food daily.
