This hotel is a lovely hotel, at first thought we might have chosen too far from everything but not so, close enough to Joncylon shopping centre, beach, Bangla Road without being right in it. Had a small problem with english on the first night with room service but sorted that out by ordering by numbers from the menu instead of the names of the meal.Friendliest of staff in the Bar and Food areas, a credit to the Hotel. Some reception staff could learn from the Bar and Food Staff about how to be more friendly and receptive.
Travel tip:
Fantasea show, excellent. Paradise Beach by tuk tuk or taxi well worth the visit, has lovely beach and nice restaurant.

I must say i had i few problems when i arrived as the room i had looked at on line showed 2 beds and as i was with my Thai wife and when had picked up my 10 year old stepson who lives with his grandma in Thailand i thought this room would suit our needs perfectly,so when i arrived and was given a room with a double bed i was not overly happy.I asked on reception why thi was and that we did not have enough room for the 3 of us and that my booking clearly showed 2 adults and 1 10 year old child i was told i would have to pay another 800 baht a night £16 for a fold out bed for him which i realy had no choice but to pay,They did reduce this to 600 baht a night after i complained...i was also told he would now be allow a beakfast as well excuse me...my booking was for 2 adults and a 10 year old but i was told that without paying for the extra bed he was not allowed a breakfast.....!!!! nice place but i was far from happy with service that was provided.

Very nice and clean resort. Great pool and bar/ restaurant.
Very nice and helpful staff. We did see a snake as we were walking up the drive and a member of staff did try to shoo it away haha. Wouldnt have wanted it to come any closer though

room rates are relatively cheap for the quality of rooms. modern interior with clean toilet furnished with a bathtub. spacious and well lit with a balcony which overlooks the pool. had some problems with the door lock. breakfast starts from a very early time, which is convenient for those heading for day tours early in the morning. breakfast table has a special section for different types of eggs done the way you want it!
Shopping Tip:
great and cheap massage parlours right outside this hotel! do not try the italian restaurant right opposite the hotel.

we had lovely stay in the hotel. room was very spacious, and tastefully decorated. bathroom was big and clean, with a big bathtub. breakfast was by the pool, a little crowded because very many guests (which also goes to show it's pretty good hotel), but selection was great, and has staff cooking eggs on the spot. managable walking distance to patong beach and juncyleon. overall, great value for money!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
juncyleon has water fountain and light show every night, pretty cool to see. and go eat lots of dairy queen! very cheap indeed

The Palmyra Patong, famous rd. so many bar and restaurants all the way. Not too far from the hotel to Junceylon mall (10 mins walk). such a quiet and clean place. Normal american breakfast. big swimming pool

you can pick the restaurant you like. Nice, fresh and not too expensive seafood

yes it was very nice little hotel, staff were friendly and the service was good the food at the hotel restaurant was very good and not to expensive. hotel room was large and the room was cleaned every day. a very clean nice hotel.

if you go towards the karon end of patong there is a shopping mall were you will find all sorts of local kraft work

The hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly. It is not as close to the beach as I like. It's about a 5 or 10 minute walk taking the short cut. This is a really good hotel for couples or families. Not really for honeymoon type couples. Too many kids running around. They are not guest friendly. They will try to charge you 500 bht for a guest. Fortunately I put two guests on the agoda voucher, anticipating this situation. The manager reviewed my case and did not charge me the guest fee. :)
Hotel Feature Tip:
The massage shop at the begining of the hotel drive way is very inexpensive and legit.
