Lovely Hotel, Clean Room, Friendly Staff
big room, nice bed, good pool view, nice breakfast, & friendly staffs.

we are having good stay in this hotel, we like the room very much, especially the bed. as per what we reuested, the hotel decorate the room for our honeymoon trip, it's so sweet. as what we desired, we were having a relaxing time when travelling there.

Cosy room but need some walk

breakfast choices not much, near by breakfast & swimming pool area always smell garbage. provided adaptor for free.
a receptionist heard wrongly our departure timing but still nagging v their language, very unhappy on her poor service without smile.
with promotion rate then is worth to go

Good ocation,near shops,beach

Great location and good room.The hotel room is big and the breakfast is good.Near to Patong beach only 8-10mins walking distance.Come out from hotel and turn left have a lot of shops and a lot of things to buy.The massage also in themain road of hotel .The shopping center Jungceylon also within 8-10mins walking distance and Bangla Road just opposite that shopping center so very good for nightlife.
Nightlife Tip:
10mins walk to beer street(Bangla Road).You can see a lot of ladyboy in this street so man please becareful.The Thai Chang beer is very cheap only 500Baht.

great hotel, great location, great service

i loved my stay at the Palmyra Resort, the rooms were lovely and cleaned daily, the staff were wonderful and very accommodating, the food was amazing at the restaurant downstairs and the pool was lovely with the waterfall. definitely will go back and stay here, rate it 10/10, i did not want to lave, strongly recommend to anyone, as it is close to bangle road (walking distance) yet far enough away to be able to relax, very close to shopping and beach.

It is a very Pleasent Hotel to saty in Phuket..Very big Rooms with Big Swimming Pool and Perfect Location in Patong. Close to nightlife of phuket.Lovely hotel

its a nice hotel with middle size swimming pool and nice room. there is welcome drink for us when we are check in. however, the service boy cannot communicate in english since i ask him whether the is charged or not if i wear it, he seems like cannot understand my question, but its no a big matter. the room service is good. the breakfast is nice but its same type for two days, a bit dissapointed. there is a lot of mosquito in the lobby!!
the location from bangla road and restaurant is bit far. about 15 min walk from hotel.
there is no jaccuci in hotel??
Restaurant Tip:
There is 99 Seafood restaurant nearby, around 10 min walk from hotel.
The food is nice and not expensive at all.

Nice resort with good service
Swimming pool and GYM room is good!

The service is good.
Mosquito is around the lobby.
Breakfast type is all the same for 3 days.
Location quite far from Bangla road and jungceylon.
Overall is nice.
Restaurant Tip:
The shop nearby sell mango rice is the best.
Restaurant 99 also not bad.

Good size rooms and value for money!

I have stayed at Palmyra many times as it is pretty good value for money. Nothing spectacular kind of middle of the range, but suitable. Its only one step away from everything, the beach, shopping and gay / straight disco scene. Rooms are comfortable with balconys and a sweet atmosphere especially when the frangipanis are on display! Breakfast buffet does the job. Buffets are pretty standard breakfast almost where every you go in Thaland, lots of eggs, bacon and toats, with juices.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Enjoy the streetfood rather than restaurant food in Phuket. It is more authentic!

In busy Patong but in quiet location

We loved this place. Quick check-in and friendly reception. A perfect sized smaller hotel, with a clean modern room overlooking a good sized swimming pool. Kingsized bed, great shower/seperate bath. Complementary water each day. Location of hotel is great and just a short walk to Bangla Road/beach. We arrived the day before the Thai new year water festival, such fun and didn't mind the constant soaking. Breakfast really good with ample choice.
Fantastic 'takeaway' cocktails - 85 baht between the hours of 12 oclock and 1700 hours. Lots of eating places in the vicinity of the hotel, but we did eat at the hotel a couple of times and food was nice.
Charge to use internet. We bought 1 hour for 100 baht and only used 10 minutes thinking we could go back another time and use the remainder, but there is no facility for that, you have to use time all at once.
Travel tip:
Purchase a ticket from the kiosk outside the airport for the mini bus to Patong hotels, costs 150 baht per adult.
The return mini bus from Patong to the airport starts at 7am and we were told it takes approx 1 hour 20 allowing for pickups at various hotels.
We had to leave before the mini bus service started operating and got a taxi costing 700 baht, ordered through hotel. It took 45 minutes for the taxi to drive directly to the airport.
