Cozy with great service.
Location to airport, price, and kindness of staff (family)

Arrived at 9pm and was offered free pick-up (by son of proprietor) from the airport. Asked if I would like to stop by convenience store before heading to hotel, which was less than 15 minutes away. Crashed for the evening and went about my business the next day. Great for budget travelers who arrive late in the evening or leave early in the morning.

Great location near airport and beach!

We had a night and a bit before our flight at the end of our time in Thailand and this place was perfect. The room was big, clean and comfortable. It was above and beyond when they drove us to the beach and two separate trips to the airport at 'after hours' times.
This place has a really nice family run fell, highly recommended!
Travel tip:
Get your washing done there, they do a great job!

We only stayed here one night before our flight the next morning as it is close to the hotel. The room was much larger than expected, very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, and drove us to the airport for free to catch our flight

Disappointing - stuck in bungalow at roadside

the reviews of this place were so glowing, but we got stuck in the bungalow by the road which was noisy. there are several bungalows behind the main house in a cute garden that probably would have been really nice. there isn't anything else around so if you're only staying the night before a flight, this place is fine (free airport transfer a bonus), but i wouldn't recommend this place as a base to explore from or hang out at the beach or anything.
Travel tip:
Make sure to request a garden bungalow.

It was 12am Thailand time and the staff at the hotel came to pick us up with no additional cost to the hotel. Hotel was nice and clean and they had bottled water ready for us in the fridge. Only dislike that I have is that the gravel from the reception to our bungalow damaged our suitcase wheels and there was too many cats wondering around. Since we were only there for the one night because we needed to catch a flight elsewhere, it was conveniently close to the airport.

I stayed four days which was too long for this place The owner and staff are very helpful with free lifts to the beach however this doesnt make up for the location which is about as far as you can get from the beach without actually not being in Nai Yang During my stay the room was not cleaned at all This place is fine if all you want to do is crash for a night close to the airport
Restaurant Tip:
La Maison is great for a splash out meal - not cheap though Or if you want to keep to a budget try the prawns at Kwanta on the beach

we arrived late at night and needed to leave early in the morning so the free airport pick-up/drop off was a real plus. i had emailed the owner a week earlier to chat about hiring a car and he organised all that for me for a reasonable daily rate. the rooms were clean, functional and comfortable. the owner went out of his way to provide a late meal upon our arrival and a very early breakfast. if you need a hotel near phuket airport this is a real gem. would even suite a long term stay as it is not far from the beach and shopping centre.

great hotel if you want a smaller, quiet, family style hotel close to phuket airport. the owners really do go out of their way to make you feel welcome and look after you. the rooms are simple but have everything you need and are comfortable. this hotel could easily be used by a longterm traveller. this is not the right hotel if you want lots of nightlife, clubs etc but we were after quick and easy access to the airport and a good nights sleep and it suited us perfectly. the owner helped me organise a car and the rate was very reasonable. most of all we loved the real family atmosphere of this hotel and airport proximity. the beach is also not far away.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
a week before we arrived i emailed the owner to ask about car hire. he organised everything and we were very happy. i'm sure he can help with anything you might need to organise as part of your trip in the phuket region.

we stayed for one night, we chose this hotel because of its location near phuket international airport; the rooms are comfortable and its really quiet, but you really need a car if you want to move around.
Hotel Feature Tip:
i think this hotel is suitable if you have an early flight on the following morning, because it is 5 minutes away from the airport.
