Budget hotel for sole use of backpackers
Staff friendly, internet ok, clean
4
Not a hotel for families or long stay. Very tired in appearance, furniture, and bedding. recommended for 1 or 2 nights only. Fortunately had balcony room on 4th floor but view less than desirable!

Great location
Central location, friendly and helpful reception staff, strong air conditioning, large room
7
I stayed for 7 days at the hotel. The first room I had smelt of cigarette smoke, had a window that couldn't be locked, had a very lumpy bed but worst of all had no hot water due to a broken heating system. I complained about the shower and was given another room (after 2 nights) which was much better. The following review is based on the 2nd room
Good stuff
Strong air conditioning, balcony, firm bed, location, less noise than anticipated, fantastic reception staff , cheap price, fridge that was cold and large room.
Not so good stuff
No lift (need to be energetic to climb stairs), very old furniture, open shower in bathroom where everything gets wet, internet sometimes does not work, although sheets were clean, they're seemed to be old stain marks and they were very old
Hotel Feature Tip:
I think the better rooms are on level 4th although their is no lift in the building

we only stay at this Hotel because the location not far away from Bangla Road with famous of night life at Phuket.
The cleanness of this hotel, i give 5/10 because not clean very well, the air-con not cold, the furniture look like old.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. Not forget this hotel didn't have a elevator. u need go to room by a stairs only
Nightlife Tip:
If u wanna love with a night life at Phuket, u can go down to Bangla Street which happening until 5am.

Not very nice for overnight stay
Location, proximity to nightlife
5.7
This is more suitable as a "short time" hotel rather than as overnight accommodations. They even have a sign near the front desk with 2 hr. rates. If you don't know what this means, then you should find another location. The noise from the clubs continues until at least 3am. Cleanliness an upkeep not very high on the list of priorities. Electric water heater not working.

Good Location a little noisy
get a lower floor...the stairs area killer
6.7
In all honesty...value for money... a little noisy but the location is good... a rooms was clean and reasonable... everything worked and food and entertainment very close by...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hire a bike if your there for 3 days or more and get out and see other places... Kata, Karon, Rawai, Surin... all lovely.

Here's some bang for your buck!
Clean Room, Location, Friendly Staff.
8
Hotel was excellent location maybe 5 block walk from Bangla Rd. The area was quite day or night. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. Only problem is that the hotel does not have a lift. For the price and location I would probably stay again if I could not find a hotel with a lift that was equal in quality.

Smelly rooms dirty linen
Near shops and restaurants
3
The rooms are smelly and the pillows smell of hair oil. Bedsheets are dirty and appear to have seen better days. Shower very slow and the water floods the bathroom. Housekeeping comes but does not do a good job. Dirt still all over the place and toilet. Housekeeping bangs on the door at 12noon and insists that they do the housekeeping at that time although you are busy in the room. Very noisy housekeeping personnel - wake up the whole neighbourhood with the chatter.

Very basic
nice location - just 5minute walk to the beach and bangla road
6
rooms are nice but no window, the water in the shower room won't flow straight away. it s somehow stuck near the sink, then gradually disappear-so you have to ask them to clean the room when you leave. no wifi, like they said in agoda website.
Nightlife Tip:
near bangla road (where nightlife is). .. so if your planning to get drunk, you won't have difficulty going back to your place.

Room with smelly toilet in gay territory
3
The toilet that we had one kind of smell. It's so terrible.
I really need a air refresher for that.
There are even times when the hot water is not available.
It would be better if they had manage the toilet better.
About the location, it's in the gay area which I didn't notice until we reach there.
Luckily my friend didnt mind about it but would prefer to get a better location.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ensure your toilet is well managed!
