Had a great few days here, nice pool & clean, comfortable room. Very convenient for early morning beach walks.We enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day with happy hour @ sunset after sightseeing and shopping. Polite, helpful and friendly staff

Third time I have stayed here. Love the location and relaxed atmosphere. Really feels like your on holiday, straight from your room to the beach. Night life also very close.
Rooms not 5 star but location more than compensates.

hotel is so close to bangla road, that it is too noisy. good access to beach, but room was average, food was good, but in general overpriced

great as long as you want to stay awake till 4.00am

Great Location for holiday but with bad attitude

The evening staff who served us for check in attitude is so bad! The hotel doesn't provide any parking for traveler who came with own vehicle or rent a vehicle. The breakfast beside the beach is the best. The hotel condition is like a dodgy place to be in Patong area.
Nightlife Tip:
If you feel like to get wasted at the night life area near Patong, this is the hotel you can check in as you can just walk from the bar if you're drunk, not for the people who come for business trip. Is the worst hotel I stayed ever in Patong Beach Phuket!

Great Location with staff that has bad attitude

The check in counter staff who attend us is totally rude and no manners. The location is great for party people and not for family or honeymooners. This is a totally crap hotel for people who want to come for holiday. Believe me, I travel a lot, this is the worst hotel for Thailand I ever stayed with the price I paid for!!!
Nightlife Tip:
1 min to Bar around Patong beach & Bangla road for shopping.

Good hotel, clean environment.
Rooms were made daily, and location was good and there are plenty of shops around. You can either walk or just hire a motorbike which is very affordable! Would definitley stay in this hotel again!

Lovely situation ideal for our needs.
Located near the BUsy Bangla road. Beach loactions also.

was situated near the bus bangla road but didnt really notice the noise much at night. had a very enjoyable stay there and i wout certainly return there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Lots to see and do islands hoppping trip was well worth the money.

The hotel is located directly at the Patong Beach. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful in any cases. We booked superior rooms, the rooms are nothing special but clean and comfortable.

Awesome service. Rooms are of age, but renovation is in progress. Depending where you are in the hotel it can be quite noisy. If you are there to party -- hard to beat.
