Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

The service was excellent and very professional. They are always smiling and made me feel welcome. The room was very clean. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. Towels were replaced, bed was made and shower gels and shampoo were topped up every day. Breakfast was exceptional as was the restuarant in the evening. Was very happy with the location and the price. Would definately recommend.

Nice rooms, clean and smack on the beach!
Beachfront, close to Banglar Rd and night spots, clean, rooms are spacious

the hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious. with 3 wings to the compound you can opt for some privacy if traveling in a group. night spots are nearby, literally 5 mins stroll which cuts transpo costs. the best part is the hotel is right next to the beach. you can have your meals and drinks beach side anytime.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Flag down a tuktuk or taxi at the roadside. You'll pay twice if you get the hotel to arrange transpo.

Lovely hotel with friendly service
Great sea view and breakfast on the beach
9.3
we enjoy our time in the hotel. they offer a free upgrade to deluxe room for us. location is strategic where it near to the bangla road which is the most happening road in phuket. staff are very nice and helpful, they check and explain everything about the room facilities to us and checked everything to make sure we have a pleasant stay. great hotel and would definitely stay again. room humidity is high where we find the floor getting wet easily when the air conditional is on due to the location that pretty close to the beach.

No free wifi, was charged 100B per hour!
7.3
Hotel was located on the beach front which was just spectacular. The pool was within views reach of the beach. The staff were friendly and the food was good. The only down point is that you have to pay or the wifi, when other hotels offer free wifi to their important customers. Close proximetry to the hot spots!

Lovely beach hotel with good service
Next to the beach, friendly staff, clean rooms
7.3
The hotel was a little hard to be spotted at first as it is sandwiched and encaved in between shophouses. The hotel is an open-concept hotel which is refreshing having beach breeze welcoming you. The staff were helping and friendly. Their english was easy to understand and service was good. We are even given a complementary welcome drink. Nightlight and shopping district were in walkable distance.

The resort is run down and old. It has a good position but don't expect a fancy room. My biggest problem was that the hot water was not hot at all. There was alarge breakfast but not amazing and the tea and coffee were terrible. We got a good deal on our price but I would not want to pay high season prices here. At the time we were there thaey had problem with a collapsing retaining wall which meant that at the beach front there was large amounts of construction material and debri piled up. Staff were friendly and nice but seemed poorly organised.
Hotel Feature Tip:
the hotel has a late night happy hour that is great value.

Terrible rooms with roaches and strong sewerage smell.no access to pool between hours of 7pm-7am with reason of chemical processing (no chemical work noted throughout our stay).in addition, the staff had the nerve to rudely hush our group for simply laughing and trying to have a good time despite our surroundings.staff unhelpful when asked for use of additional chair despite stacked chairs noted near lobby, at bar and at restaurant. Breakfast was good if egg chef would start promptly at 6.30 am (we had a flight to catch n breakfast starts at 6.30).Simply bad experience and would not recommend despite location.
