Hotel Satisfactory....but
Location, location, location...near shopping, party streets and on the Beach

the accommodation was good, we came there to party and shop. the location was brilliant for that, unfortunately the staff friendliness wasnt to great. helpful, no. i know they get alot of people staying but it seems that because of that you are just a number or person with a credit card. the room was neat but as soon as i got there i ran to the 7 eleven to be insense for the room, pop it in front of the aircon and left. this seems to help alot. my friends who were staying in other rooms had the same problem. i seriously hope they sort out the problem. look, besides the hospitality and room smell, everything was great, the location makes up for it...if going to party (pay extra for guests)and relax on the beach, this is perfect. value for money great!!!!
Restaurant Tip:
Breakfast ok( area where you eat has a wet smell. Resaurant food variety bad, have supper and dinner somewhere else.

Hotel is in a great location on the beach and within a short stroll to all the action in Patong Beach. The rooms are clean and sizeable but are getting a bit dated, however havign said that they're good value for money.

walk along beach to some very nice cheap restaurants, also avoids having to say no to the hookers/masseuses/taxis/tailors/ladyboys along the main road.

The hotel is located in the centre of Patong and adjacent to the beach. If you decide to stay in Patong, it is certainly a reasonable choice. The maintainance of the hotel is average, and our impression is that the standard had been better in the past. The main question is whether you want to spend your holidays in Patong which is a very crowded place. There are more pleasant locations on the island, e.g. Surin Beach.

one of the worst Hotels i have ever seen

we were given the worst room in the whole hotel, i dont think it is suitable for guest room because it has just a two meter space seperating it from the storage room which directly faces it. their treatment was very bad inspite of informing them that we are honeymooners.

We stayed in the hotel for couple of days. The hotel is located in Patong beach very close to the sea.
The location is excellent. Staff memberes and service is good. Rooms are nice for a couple. We use the hotel mainly as a place to sleep and not for it's facilities.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Patong beach is the favoutire in Phocket for night life and water sport.

Hotel is directly at the center of the party. So good for going out and relaxing at the beach. would not recommend for family holidays witch children. Hotel pool is nice. Patong is not most famous for the beach, so dont expect a perfect beach.

Reasonable price & very near to shops & walking distance to Mega shopping centre, Jungceylon.

Overall is pleasant.
This period rains almost everyday for around 2 hours.
Nearby had lots of choice of foods.
Night is always happenings at Bangla Road.
It is safe to walk back even late into the nite.

Our stay at the hotel was comfortable. If you would like to visit bars and see the nightlife around Pattong this is probably the best location. Every place is within walking distance from here. The beach located outside the hotel is not a great one; you would need to walk down about 500m to get to the closest good public beach spot.

Arrived early but unlike other hotel they would not budge on the 2pm check in time, over heard 3 seperate customers getting up set with the reception staff ove various issues and it seemed their usually acceptable English suddenly got unacceptable. Over all the hotel was clean with big rooms and good breakfast buffet included in rate.(if you can get up during its minimul open times 8- 10? from memory)
Good value at this time of year but not if you intend on bringing back company(try booking for two people tell me this works)
Nightlife Tip:
Kangaroo Bar is small and friendly with cheap drinks for every one including the ladies! and was told no Bar.
