The location is good, right on the beach

We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed here multiple times over the last 25 years. The front desk staff are ok, but could be improved . The main drawback was the hotel is being used as a sales office for a time share project of the hotel owner. Consequently the hotel facilities, bar, lobby, restaurant, etc. are crowded with salesmen and their customers. Also, the restaurant and lobby bar have different prices. There is a manager on the premises, but he appears indifferent to the world; his most important task is to have his beamer parked in the limited space in front of the hotel every morning.

Hotel is old. Rooms are gloomy and dirty. Toilets are faulty. Very unfriendly staff at hotel lobby bar. Hotel is full of French and Caucasian salesmen running around selling their vacation club.
Touts are everywhere, dining with guest in the restaurant, lounging at lobby area, walking around the pool. The salesmen are bringing non hotel guest selling their vacation club.
Breakfast is limited. Greasy food and low quality. Flies all around.
Housekeeping is always late in cleaning up.
Most unsatisfactory stay. Most unprofessional hotel
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Phuket is basically full of touts and annoying salesmen. If they do not clean up, it will only attract cheap tourist and sleazy tourist.

Great Location but the room decoration not nice
Very near to beach especially the restaurant

The hotel comes with a welcome drinks, there is no slipper given in the hotel (may be most hotel in phuket also not given the slipper), the environment is goods near to beach, and surrounded by many shop.

stayed there with wife and kid. The hotel is next to beach. Has separate children swimming pool. The best room is andaman suit, which is not listed on agoda. Had to be happy with junior suit.

Great location and nice resort

This is our 2nd stay in Patong Bay Garden Resort. Was upgraded to Andaman studio room, facing to the sea. Overall, our stay was nice and comfortable. Walking distance to everything. Will stay again.
