Excellent for 3 stars hotel
Located on the beach n close to all shopping centre n nightlife entertainment. A comfy room n clean bathroom with tea cabinet-wifi-connectiong doors for family-smooking room :)

very good location, good access to patong beach by walking from the garden of the hotel and to Junceylon by walking ten minutes through the walking street, but not noisy at night;
good breakfast, many choices;
good service;
no elevators;
too many people around;
I booked a room with two beds, but couldn't get one although we paid in advace to agoda.

Walk straight onto the beach, nice pool, rooms ok

Staff not particularly helpful by usual Thai standards, breakfast not great, bathroom a bit mouldy but probably because you're right on the beach. A good location and right on Bangla Road.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Mint Massage (almost opposite, to left) very good.

The hotel is in a great location in Patong, right on the beach. The facilities are nice, swimming pool is good, breakfast is excellent and more. It's near all the other attractions, too, seafood restaurants and shopping areas. The downside is some rooms get a lot of noise from the road and doors are paper thin.
Restaurant Tip:
There are a number of excellent seafood restaurants in the area. You'll know which ones are best because they're packed, but tables turnover quickly so you don't have to wait long.

Hotel is right on the beach, absolutely best located hotel in Patong
We were lucky to get a good deal on a deluxe room with balcony outlooking the pool and beach.
Friendly staff.
If i could afford it, i would stay here every time i'm in Patong. Its pricy because of the location, but the rooms are good, too.

it was a nice holiday, the location is percet at the beach front. the pool is awesome. there are many sports activities at the beach. the staff are always helpful. the food at the restaurants is ok. the room is neat and new. besides, it's away from the hussle of the nearbt bangala street. it is all what you need in one place

It was a nice holiday, the location is percet at the beach front. The room is spacious and the bathroom was renewed. The pool is awesome and always clean. There are many sports activities at the beach. Message is also available at the beach front where you can spoil yourself in a taditional thai massage. The staff are always helpful. The food at the restaurants is awesome. Besides, it's away from the hussle of the nearby Bangala street. It is all what you need in one place and I'll sure come back again.
Nightlife Tip:
The good thing is that they don't charge you for the first guest to your room.
