It's ok to stay there. The big thing is the location. Directly on the beach and close to nightlife, dinning, and shopping. Rooms are basic. Nothing fancy- just adequate. Breakfast is Buffett but very simple. Pool is well maintained. AC in rooms could have better temp control. Bathtub/shower needs safety / grab bars.

It was okay but I overpaid for this hotel.

It was pretty average. Location to Bangala road was nice but this hotel overcharged me and for that it was not worth it. I met many other trvallers paying a fraction of the cost to mine and more or less had the same room. I suggest looking around Patong and paying less for the same, lots of hotels to go by.

Overall I was happy with the hotel. On booking through Agoda I asked for an airport transfer and a high room. No-one met me at the airport. The hotel claimed no knowledge of this, but it was clearly shown on my booking form. The taxi was 25% more than the Agoda quote for the transfer. My room was on the ground floor. Perhaps there are no junior suites on the upper floors, but no apology was made. On the Friday the bar ran out of one particular brand of beer. We were told they could not provide this until the Monday, which was disappointing for a supposedly 4 star hotel. But, only minor issues overall.

Great location but old rooms and old toilets
Hotel is right next to the beach so its very convenient for beach lovers and also hotel is in the heart of the Patong area.

Except for the location of the hotel that is right next to the beach, there is really not much more to shout about for this hotel.
Staff and service quality is generally poor.
counter staff not cheerful and totally not accomodating at all. We had 1 booking of 2 rooms but was given rooms on opposing ends of the property.
wait staff in the restaurant during breakfast were terrible. they were simply standing around and not doing their jobs at all. we were not offered coffee nor tea nor any beverages the whole time and we had to help ourselves to the coffee all the time. table was not laid and we had to lay it ourselves. used plates were not cleared from out table. the waiters were all standing around chatting to foreign female guests while the waitress were chatting with the male guests instead of doing their jobs.
Rooms while they are typically clean are rather old. rooms next to the road are extremely noisy due to the traffic and loud speakers mounted on them.
