the room and bath room is clean ,good hot and cold water pressure. to the beach you can walk on foot. we can definitely recommend it for stay.

hotel is located on town area and very near center road and the beach with the free wifi service to resident. includied simple breakfast with soft boiled eggs, bread and coffee/tea.

Clean and spacious room

The hotel is nearby to food place, where we got our dinner every night. Few shops for massage offering good price, for 1 hour massage, other places offer.
Staff are polite.
Need to walk quite awhile to Jungceylon. About 15 minutes.

Great location but minimum breakfast
Hotel room was neat, clean, quite big. We booked 3 rooms, deluxe and suite room. Suite room got kitchen facility, great for familiy with small children.

we stayed for 3 nights, the first 2 days, the elevator not working, our room was on 3rd, 4th, and 5th floor...so...as expected we use stairway, but the hotel reception helped us bringing our luggage to the room =d
room condition was the same as in the picture. 5min to beach, 3 min to food hall for dinner. 15min to jungcelon (the only mall available). 15min to bangla road
breakfast, as it is...bread an boiled eggs...

Clean & nice budget hotel, perfect location

Booked 2 superior bedrooms but get free 1 room upgrade to deluxe because they don't have superior room available.
Room & Hotel:
Room was clean and building is new. Bathroom amenities limited to shampoo and soap bar only. But it's no problem for me cause I bring my own toiletries. Have balcony in each rooms but view is to another building, but i also don't have any problem with this. Elevator available which is crucial because i brought big luggage. Free internet to use in the lobby (but only 1 computer).
Location:
5 mins walk to the beach, 10-15 mins walk to Bangla Rd & Jungceylon.
Doesn't have restaurant or breakfast in the hotel, but easy to find foods near the restaurant.
1 staff were very nice to us, name Layla(moslem name, forgot her Thai name) working in night shift.
I stayed for 2 nights and extend another 2 nights after comparing to another hotels around Patong area. This hotel has cheap price but clean. Some cheap price hotels have old building, smelly and no elevator. This hotel is Perfect budget hotel. Will definitely come back again.

駐車場に車は3台しか止めれない。朝食は種類も少なく3泊したが一度も食べなかった。遊びに行くにもビーチに行くにも、場所的には便利で使いやすい。

สะดวกการเดินทาง หาของกินง่าย ใกล้ทะเล พนักงานเป็นมิตร ห้องสะอาด ไม่วุ่นวาย แต่ไวไฟอินเตอร์เน็ตบอกว่ามี แต่ใช้ไม่ได้ ห้องอาบน้ำ น้ำไหลลงช้า ก๊อกปรับน้ำอุ่นน้ำเย็นลำบาก อาหารเช้าซ้ำๆ เหมือนกันทุกวัน น่าเบื่อไปนิด

ใกล้หาดเดินเพียง 3 นาทีถึงเลย

ห้องเล็กมากอยู่ในซอย ต้องเดินพอสมควรกว่าจะถึงถนนบางลา และห่างจากทะเลพอสมควร พนักงานยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสดี แต่ไม่ค่อยเป็นมืออาชีพ ถามอะไรตอบไม่ค่อยได้

ห้องพักดูดีสะอาด ปลอดภัย อาหาร ร้านสะดวกซื้อใช้ได้ แต่ที่พักที่จอดรถควรปรับปรุง
อาจจะเป็นเพราะอยู่ในเมืองทำให้มีที่จอดรถมีน้อยทำให้หาที่จอดค่อนข่้างลำบาก ถ้า
รร.มีกาวจัดหาท่ีจอดรถให้ลูกค้าและมีรถรับส่งระหวางรร. กับท่ีจอดรถน่าจะok
