Fantastic location with Super friendly services!
Location and the heart warming services by the owner

I would described my stay as super pleasant and heart warming. Though there was a bit of hiccup on arrival as the airport-hotel transfer was screw-up due to a mis-understanding of timing (my arrival time is 12.30am), the staff was patience to attend to my needs and directed the cab driver to the location of the hotel.
The owner apologised the next morning and was willing to pay for my hotel-airport transfer upon departure. I was surprised. The owner - Daniel was super friendly and gave recommendation as to where i should go as it is my first time in Phuket.
The room (Sea-View) is small in my opinion but it is valued for the cost. Great view and location as it is in the heart of the Patong beach. Walking distance to Bangla walking street and all the happening stuffs are only 10 minutes away! Fantastic for someone who is first time in Phuket!
Highly recommended!
Nightlife Tip:
Only 10 mins walking distance away from the Bangla walking street and all the happening stuffs you expected!

Cheap and well located hotel

The hotel was well located just meters away from the beach and within walking distance to many shopping areas and good eateries. The rooms were slightly old but clean and well made-up. The service at the reception was good. The pricing for the room too was reasonable. Recommended esp for budget travellors who want clean and centrally located room.

Best Value for Money in Patong

This must be the best value for money in the whole of Patong. We had amazing views onto the beach from both our windows. It was also nice being greeted by a friendly and helpful American in the reception. Our aircon was not working and every effort was made to get it fixed even it was a weekend. All the shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The breakfast could do with some improvement but I enjoyed the variety of breads.

My two friends and I booked three rooms at the Patong Beach Bed and Breakfast Hotel and had a very comfortable time. The rooms are very comfortable with some nice touches (flowers, 'towel art'(!)) to beautify the rooms. Breakfast was fairly basic (toast, pastries, fruit, juice and coffee), but good and coffee, fruit and juice is available throughout the day. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel has free internet access which was usually available. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. The hotel is very well positioned for bars and restaurants in Patong andright opposite the beach.

Great B & B!!!!

We had a great time at Patong B & B. The service was great and they are not really over bearing like at some other B & Bs and hotels. The room was clean and tidy and we also were given a room with a view which was awesome. The rooms were a largish size and the reasonably modern. Cable TV with lots of channels and a simple but nice breakfast. The reception is closed after 1-2am so you have to let yourself in which is no real drama.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Phi Phi island tour a must!! Go on the fast speed boat and stay on the island for a night or two if you can. There are lots of places trying to see you tours to Phi Phi etc. The best thing is to shop around to get the beast price and don't be afraid to seriously haggle to get the lowest price. Compare at least 3-4 different places before deciding.

the hotel is okay, but then i think all of the hotels in patong are about the same. rooms have very stiff beds, the location is pretty loud.
it was hard to find the hotel by taxi drivers. the hotel does include breakfast which is basically pastries and fruits. one issue is that the hotel doesn't have the elevator and all rooms and reception are upstairs.
the rooms are clean.
Travel tip:
It was very hard to find the hotel since most of taxi drivers didn't know about it. If you are staying there, I would recommend to order a pick up and drop off from the hotel reception. It was cheaper and it helped to avoid issues with taxis.

The room was small and the breakfast was lacking. The rooms window had a wonderful view of the wall of the building 6" away. The hotel is right by the beach but is surprisingly quiet.
