The very centre of Patong
Location is one of the best on the beach front. Rooms are spacious, tasteful and clean. You can walk to anything in a short amount of time.

Great mid range hotel. Friendly staff. The activites desk girls are fantastic! Remembered me from 6 months earlier! and always have well informed advice on all the tours Phuket has to offer.
Restaurant Tip:
The very best restaurants in Patong (for the special night out where money isnt an object) are at the North end on the hillside. 5 star dining experience with views across Patong beach. Amazing.

i love the location, is convenient to go any place, to the beach, food, bar , shopping, everything just in 10 mins walking dstance.

Great location and really nice room!
Great pool and right across the road from the beach.

The hotel is in a perfect spot. Staff are helpful however not as good as other places. Rooms are great but noise is a bit of an issue when loud people go down the hall late at night or early in the morning.

Great location , in front of the beach

good hotel .. in front of the beach directly .. near many souvenir shops .. and near to Bangla road. over all environment in the hotel is perfect, But the charging for a guest is too high it’s not worth it !! they have to lower its price.
and there is annoying gay staff in the reception I didn’t like that.
the breakfast was nice and good .. also the dinner style was romantic.
it’s good for all type of travelers .. family, friends , couples and lovers.
, NOTE:some rooms not offering the Toilet water sprayer.
NO PUBLIC internet WiFi at all !!! u have to pay per hour and that annoying too!!
Travel tip:
near Bangla road.
close to the beach , and u can do all the water sports.
near to resturants and small shops.

hotel seems to be gaining some age, but well maintained.
renovations were on going at the time from storey six upwards, on our second day morning, window scaffolding crashed beside the pool area from more than 7 storeys above, the cable snapped cutting through swimming pool water. this caused wooden flooring on the ground to cave in.
would not recommend family trip or any trip here with this kind of possible detriment without any safety protocol in place.

Great resort great location

Really cool resort in a great location. It is good for families and young couples or singles. Large pool and outdoor area is good for children and adults to relax. The rooms were comfortable and clean and modern. The resort was set out spaciously and the dining options were good.
The resort was located straight across straight across from Patong beach and there were many restaurants in the area for dining out and it was also located close to the night life of Bangla road.

Great Hotel, with lovely pool

This hotel is in a great location close to the beach, nightlife and shopping areas. Bangla road is just a 5 minute walk up the road. Jungceylon is about a 10 minute walk. The rooms are very modern and clean. We didn't get breakfast included with our stay which was disapppointing. Was a lot more expensive to add breakfast, so we just went for a walk and found a cheap restaurant to eat at for breakfast.
The Pool is Great and clean.
Nightlife Tip:
Bangla Road is just a short walk, and has plenty of bars to keep you entertained

Great location friendly staff
Location right in the middle of Parong

Have been at the Patong beach hotel before last time we were on 9Th floor sunrise it was great . This time we were ground floor close to the entrance of the hotel ,it was a bit noisey because we were so close to the banana disco but you could still sleep. Staff very helpful and pleasant . Really great location walking distance to everything
Travel tip:
Next time we go it will be out of rainy season it rained nearly every day.

The hotel staffs is very friendly and helpful. We got complimentary upgrade to suite with bigger room. The design of the room is very romantic. There is also a tour guide service in the hotel, which is very convenience.
