I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago and was very happy with the whole hotel staff food ect,ect
However on this trip i had noticed that very little had been done to the hotel over the last 5 years and its started to become very run down. it now looks shabby, the pool out back they call the siam pool has broken and sharp tiles both in and around. the rooms are very tired and in need of decaration
also i noticed the staff were very noisy in the early morning.
in the high season this hotel charges in my opp a high rate

Thought the hotel lives up to expectations.
Telehone charges a bit steep 480 baht for a 10 min call to
Bangkok is a bit rich!
Happy to pay low season tariff, but think I'd be
disappointed if paying dull tariff
Meals & drinks quite pricey (drinks approx 3 times
the price of regular bars)
Nightlife Tip:
Look out for the ladyboys on the beach near
the entrance after dark!

hotel was in a great location. right in front of the patong beach. banana night club which is one of the most famous in phuket is right next to the hotel. price was a bit much for this hotel. and the receptionist were a little rude. other than it is a good hotel for a few days.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
scuba cat diving is the best diving course in phuket. their instructors are great and equipments are brand new.

The hotel is located very near to the beach. A good hotel with nice rooms. Its very near shopping area and mall. Rooms is clean and tidy. Just need to improve on the communication as the staffs dont really speak english fluently

Patong Beach Resort
Very nice standard room.Big Bathtub,separated WC, and fantastic rain shower. The bed is much higher than normal height of bed. Although the room was not that big,but good enough for a couple.

We have an early check in around 10 in the morning. Receptionist speaking good English and well manners.Our room was at the garden wing.Very quiet in the night.Hotel location was really good!2 mins walking to the patong beach and probably 3 mins to the famous bangla road. Tuktuk service is everywhere in front the hotel. Do bargain for day tour to karon beach,kata beach,view point, sun set point, wat chalong, phuket town, and return to patong beach. We got the best deal is 600baht.
Shopping Tip:
If you are looking for cheap sport brands such as nike,adidas or some local thai brands, ask the tuktuk driver to drop you at OUTLET (near phuket town)for 3 hours shopping before he send you back to Patong beach.

Nice hotel in Patong, very near to the night clubs, the room is clean and newly renovated, much better than I expected, comfort beds, shower facilities, the only bad thing in the room is that, the TV does not have EPL live, so need to go out for a bar for live matches. Breakfast has space to improve, should be more choices and delicious. The staff with standard service quality, but could be more helpful to guests, it seems some of staffs there could not speak much english.

Given the price charged, this is definitely one of the best choices in Phuket. If vibrancy is what you are looking for, this hotel has the best location, as it's only a stone-thrown away from Patong Beach - the most commercialized beach in Phuket. But if what you want is tranquility, this may not be the smartest choice. Staff are very polite and helpful. Girls in the reception desk speak decent English.
Restaurant Tip:
The "Savoey" (or sth to this like) is really no good.

The hotel is located very near to the beach. A good hotel with nice rooms and a beautifull pool. The only thing that is missing and that you cannot buy: a good atmosphere. There is none. For a good holiday on Phuket for a week or something, I think you should find an hotel with more atmosphere. The breakfast prices were, I think thats way to much. You can probably book it together with your room.
