Great Location
Very close to Bangla Road. Clean and good decoration rooms. Good staff. Rich breakfast
10
The hotel is located at the heart of Patong Beach, very close to main attractions and shopping centers.
Breakfast is from 06:00 to 10:00. Hotel pool is big enough which has a jacuzzi section as well. I would recommend this hotel for couples because the room's bathroom does not have enough privacy. The shower door is clear glass and bathroom door has also a clear glass window so the shower is visible from the room. There is another sliding door between the bathtub and the room which gives a comfort to have a bath while watching TV.

Staying experience at Patong Beach Hotel
- conveniently located at the heart of Patong.
- rooms are well equipped
8.3
The hotel is centrally located at the heart of Patong where all the action is at night. The room that we stayed in is rather new and most importantly clean.
The staff were also very friendly and polite. The only complaint that I have with regards to the room is the insufficient lighting. They could do better by installing an additional light above the bed for reading as the side lamps doesn't provide sufficient lighting. Overall we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel which justified the price that we paid for. Will definitely stay in this hotel again when we visit Phuket again in future.

it was the perfect vacation ever.
the hotel is not that expensive compared with others having same great location.
the rooms just need some litle maintainance.
7.7
ok..first of all, the whole atmosphere and the vacation itself was perfect, i mean wit no accidents or any other serious situations.. it went so smooth, as my girlfriend was waiting already for me from day 1, what i didnt like was really those embaressing looks from the hotel staff to my thai wife . as she was a customer by the end of the day . the rooms are great ,,i upgraded my room to be superior like those honeymoon suites, this "asia night " wasnt that good,, and it was a clear weak marketing tool for the hotel. all the rest was almost perfect .. i likked phuket so much, patong beach hotel was very good.. i will remember this trip all my life.
Hotel Feature Tip:
the swimming pool is the greatest in this area.

Great for shopping, right on the beach
Huge Pool. Huge room. Great location for shopping and restuarants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room had pool access. Has a gym but not airconditioned.

We stayed 2 nights at Patong Beach hotel and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is right in the heart of the shopping area and very close to the beach (1 min walk), but set far back enough in large private grounds so that the hotel is a great escape from the hustle and bustle. The room was large and right on the egde of the pool, with our own pool courtyard and deck chairs. Staff we always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not included with our room (which was dissapointing) and they charged approx THB500 for a buffet breakfast which is ridiculouly expensive by Thailand standards. We just ate breakfast outside the hotel. Make sure you check that breakfast is included in your room rate when you book as eating breakfast outside the hotel is a little inconvenient. All in all we were happy with our stay at the Patong Beach hotel.

The location is away from all the noise on the main beach road. My balcony view showed all of Patong beach. The pool area is nice. Had to pay for wi-fi. Hotel showed signs of a makeover that was not completed in some areas. Not guest friendly. Room key is so bulky, you have to leave it at the front desk when you go out.

Patong Beach Hotel
All areas were clean and tidy the hotel was quite modern accross the road from the beach pool was great quite large
8.7
But admit this was the nicest hotel I stayed at and my holdiay lastest for 4 weeks. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Meet quite a few another people there. Noticed that alot of familys stayed there with small children. Beautiful view from my balcony. The rooms were very modern and I noticed this hotel gave you slippers and bathrobe which you could used this was a first on my holiday. I would definately stay there again plus I took photos to show my family and friends as a few are thinking of going to Phuket. This hotel was close to everything you could walk everywhere.I was sorry to see my holiday end.
Nightlife Tip:
There were so many places to go shopping was great a lot of great places to eat and Fantasea was just an amazing show to see quite a few people from the hotel went and everyone said it was definitely worth the money.

Average stay
centrally located. reasonably clean
7.3
It was an interesting place. It was quiet during the evening, and there was little foot traffic around the hotel. However, when we walked to the main street by the beach, it was wall to wall people. Taxis have a hard time finding this hotel, so make sure that you have someone from the hotel pick you up when you arrive. Inside the room, it was nice and clean and comfortable. I loved the view outside our window. I wish I had more time to stay in the hotel to get a better feel for the staff and the amenities.
Nightlife Tip:
Make sure that you bring something to light the way if you are walking back alone at night to the hotel, the driveway is dark and could be a bit dangerous *tripping/falling.
