very good hotel, the rooms are really clean, and great location, very near from the principal street where the nightlife is, although a really good place to rest not in te middle of all the noise. Girls from the frontdesk are really nice,always tryingto help you. Not an expensive hotel where you take care of your money and recive a great service. Really worth it!
Shopping Tip:
Is really near from all he little shops. you have everything just for few minutes,

rooms are quite spacious, toilet cleanliness are fair as well, we were hardly spending time in the hotel, so we were not that fussy about it, a concern is that the room door lockingis still using the key & knob system, very fragile and easily being intruded
during my stay at that time, there were construction works behind the hotel during my stay, activities were relative quiet at that time... maybe in the coming months, constructions may become much heavier in nature, so expect some noise!
hotel loction is quite a distance from the main street, this is a good thing as noise from streets hardly can be heard...

Its an old hotel but well mantained. The room was surprisingly quite spacious. Being an old hotel - the bed was old too !!! But we managed to sleep.. Not really a big deal for us because we just the bed to sleep for a few hours.

Hard to find Back Street Hotel - friendly service

i couldn't lock the balcony door and had to request another room. the advertised 'mountain-facing' rooms were not offered to me despite me asking. bed was hard but ok. there is no safe within the room - only at reception. there is no internet in rooms - only at reception. place is quiet, it's ok but pretty bland. it's not too far to walk to the action but there are definitely better places to stay in a similar price-range with more proximity to the beach and nightlife. i didn't eat there.

I have used Agoda extensively over the last few years - always seeking "budget" accommodation. I NEVER expect 5*. This hotel was the worst. It was dirty,cramped,with not a good thing to state. The staff were not helpful - they reflected the atmosphere. We booked out the next morning and found an alternative. I have never done that before. Phuket has so much competition this place should not even be considered...

Hotel was just off the main street, and was a great place to layover for one night before taking off to the PhpPhi Islands. We got a great sense of Patong in a short one night stay. The girls at the front counter were great, and always had a smile. We paid approx and it was a more then we expected for the price.
Restaurant Tip:
Starbucks is just up the road in the mall.
