close to beach, shopping bars and restaurants. l walked most places. tour center right outside - you can haggle the price on tours, everyone in Thailand is so polite
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
l did the island tour and sat in the front of boat, it was pretty rough and to be honest too long, but i enjoyed it, never seen water thay colour any where else. i did one hour elephant safari like it.

The hotel is overall in good condition. Our room was a decent size, twin room overlooking the pool area. Unfortunately our view was also of the building site on the adjacent land, which sprung into life at around 7am on the days it was operating!
The pool area is relatively small, but adequate for a dip to cool off. The pool bar was rarely staffed, as there was generally very few people round the pool at any one time, which meant going to ask the reception staff to come to serve if we wanted to get a drink.
Bangla Road is appoximately 5 minutes walk away, and the beach 5 to 10 minutes.
Staff were overall helpful; however when i accidently locked myself out of the room by leaving the key inside, some persistance was needed to convince the member of staff on duty that evening that there must be a spare key as how else would the cleaners gain entry; and breaking down the door would not be necessary!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A trip to Phi Phi is a must; stunningly beautiful!

great location in city. walk about 15mins to banglaroad (pub/ disco). walk about 5 mins to restaurant and thai massage center walk about 5 mins to patong beach.staff was friendly and prompt to provide us an extra bed (with charges).

booked this hotel after being in rural thailand for 3months teaching english, and the only reason i booked was because it said it had a swimming pool (just need some me time) but when i arrivced early morning i was told there was no pool. apart from that dissapointment i have no complaints about the hotel/rooms everything was clean and comfy and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Nightlife Tip:
Go to a Ping Pong Show!!! Just barter down the drinks prices before you say yes!!

patong beach is most happening town in phuket..there a lot of entertainment and goods stall. once be there its seem wanna be there again..2 nights staying just like a split second..patong beach lodge is my reccomended if u wanna have a tour there.
Nightlife Tip:
Tiger bar,hard cafe but beware with a strip show promoter on a street..you may be cheating by them..just annoying this people..

lovely quiet hotel with short distance (2mins) to main business area where you can shop till you drop or party all night. 8 minutes from famious Bang la Rd (goes all night).
Staff always friendly and more than willing to help.
