Very average, parts were unclean especially bathrooms. Pool not clean nor was outdoor furniture and aircon very old and leaking not working efficiently

A budget hotel in a central location
The hotel is we'll located, close to major Patong attractions

The hotel is located at the end of a short alleyway close to the beach and Jungceylon shopping centre. It is cheap, rooms were clean and serviced daily.

Disappointing second stay at this hotel. The room smelt of cigarettes (despite it being a non smoking room)and the sheets had numerous stains. It is a great location though and relatively cheap.
