Value for money, Location
Stayed here for 3 nights Nov 6-9. Checked in at 11 PM. Reception could have more staff but no untoward delay.
All facilities available. What you cant find here is available 2 mins away outside.
Location is great. Not on the beach, so a bit cheaper but 5 mins from Bang La road and 10 mins from the beach walking. Patong is a small place anyway.
Breakfast good. Pool open from 8-8. Didint try it though. Bigger pool 10 min away!!!
Housekeeping efficient and minibar well stocked.
Internet for 50 Baht for half hour but can spread for duration of stay.
Reception very helpful arranging taxi back to airport and with general info.
All in all, pleasant stay. Will go back.
All in all, pleasant stay. No complaints.

the hotel was good, neat and clean.
location was quite a distance from the main attractions.the staff was not friendly at all.
overall trip to patong was a wonderful experience ever.took the Phi-Phi Island tour from a friend we just met.charlie and Par.they are more friendly then the hotel staff.for the muslim traveler don't worry cause there's a lot of Arabian and Patani food.you can just walk around and ask.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : in front of patong beach lodge there's a hotel .the owner was more friendly and they will offer you guys better trip to Phi-Phi Island and the trip was phenomenal.

Nice staffs; The price is quite cheap; Not far from the shopping mall.
The security can be futher developped.
This hotel is right in the center of Padong, from there you just need to walk 10 minutes to the beach. The price is suitable for the limit budget visitor. However, nearly all rooms have French windows but the lock on them are broken,so it's easy for other people go inside. And there is no safety box inside the room.If you have important items which are not convinient to bring along with you need to store in Front Office.

Swimming pool! Enjoyed the clean pool. Breakfast buffet was substaintial and varied for many different diets and tastes. Hotel is located in the midst of Patong Beach and has easy access to area.
A lot of nighly action with prositutes coming in and going out of the hotel with male guests. Price inequity of rooms - seemed like many guests paid different prices for the same accomodations. Better to book online and save.
I thought I was booking for Patong Lodge (at the north end of the beach) and discovered the mistake when I arrived at Patong Beach Lodge. There are lots of bars and night action in the immediate area which can be fun for some folks. Hawkers hit you the minute you step out of the hotel. Room service didn't tend to my room until almost 4:30 every day - just when I was showering from the pool and getting ready for the evening. They probably need more people to work in room service.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you want to go to Phi Phi Island, take the local ferry to save money. You can do that for on 350 baht each way instead of spending 1,400 B on a tour. Some of the 3 in 1 boat tours take you from place to place and you may just prefer to go to Phi Phi and relax - not run around.

Basic amenities provided, generally clean and breakfast was decent. Most importantly, its location was very central in Patong town.
Entrance was through the back lane of the shops.
Basically, we ended up happy with the decision to stay at Patong Beach Lodge. We requested and was given a room fronting the swimming pool.
For the first few days, we ventured out very early after breakfast and only gone back late in the evening. Thus, it was pointless for us to spend a small fortune for better accomodation.
In addition, the front-desk staff was friendly and
they were strict in enforcing the no entry of guest into the rooms policy.
Not a bad choice at all!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to Bangla Road. Shop around for local tours to get the best bargains.

Nice breakfast buffet with reasonable variety for different cultures. Pool and deck are both clean and well-maintained. Helpful, polite staff. Bottled water provided daily. Linens changed daily, including large beach towels.
Front desk staff are nosy about individual guest's personal information and activities. The reception desk should not have continued access to private passport information, allowing for remarks about a person's age. Front desk should allow for greater privacy of ALL guests and not tell their individual female guests that they may NOT bring a guest up to their room at any time, while male guests are doing it all the time!
Patong Beach Lodge (not to be confused with Patong Lodge at the north end of the beach) is well-located in the center of the adjacent beach area, but set back from the main street, which reduces some street noise. The rooms were spacious, with refrigerators and kettles for making tea/coffee. The general area has a lot of massage parlors and bars all around and male guests were often seen taking ladies of the night into their rooms. This may not be the right place for families or solo women travelers who may be sensitive to this concern. There are no single rooms, so solo travelers must pay the same as two people would. Walk-in guests pay much more than those who book in advance on the internet. Some young male guests from Australia were rowdy and noisy, and police had to come to handle the problem. The hotel allowed the boys to stay after even more problems with the group, instead of kicking them out.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The local bus going to Phuket Town can be caught anywhere along the beach-front road, and costs 25 Baht (as of 10/09). You don't need to go to any bus stop, but just flag the blue bus down along the road heading north. It will also take you to Central Festival shopping mall, but why go there when there is Jung Ceylon Mall within a 10-minute walk from the hotel? Jung Ceylon has good restaurants, a cinema, and many interesting stores; it's also air-conditioned! If you want a much more peaceful place to stay, consider Karon or Kata Beach. They both have stores and hawkers but they are not so concentrated as in Patong Beach.

The hotel offered a breakfast which was served from 6:30 til 10:30. This was good as many day trips picked you at 7 meaning you could grab a bite before leaving. There was a pool onsite and a bar at the edge. The staff were very friendly and helpful and internet was available on site.
The ratio of pool loungers to guest could have been better. The hotel was not actually on the beach but was a 5-10 minute walk away. As it was rainy season when we stayed they did fumigation a few times a week which they needed to be in our hotel rioms during the day.
The hotel was in a good location with bars, restaurant, 7 eleven and massage places within walking distance. The rooms are spacey, clean and had a good size double bed in them. There was airconditioning and a t.v. I would recommend this hotel for those who dont mind the short walk to the beach and the 5 min walk from the main nightlife strip.

The front desk people are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and there is a terminate control every 2 weeks which is very good for guests. The breakfast is really good. The location is fantastic. Will definitely consider going back if the rate is cheap.
the pool is a little small and so is the bathroom. I brought a guess for 15 minutes and was charged B500 which I think is unfair.
I like the location of this hotel. Its right in the middle of the shopping area. I am bit dissapointed that a guest will be charged B500 if if he or she were to stay 10 minutes. Most hotels dont charged unless it is an over night stay. The hotel is clean and I will consider going back hopely the hotel can renovate the pool to make it bigger.
Restaurant Tip : Most restaurants on the main road is expensive

I can just say that this hotel is much much beyond my expectation.I don't think i can get a better one with the money i paid for. The best thing about this hotel is its location. Everywhere is within walking distance. During my stay i didn't have to take tuk-tuk or taxi to go anywhere except to the airport. I'll definitely gonna stay here again during my next visit.
Travel tip : 5 mins walking distance to Juncelyn Mall and Bangla Road. U can get useful information regarding tours in Phuket from the small and cozy bar just opposite the hotel.

The room is verry good condition, all facilities running well (AC & Hot Water), The Staff very helpfull. Near to walk to Jungceylon Mall and Bangla Rd. Easy to find a good food and cheap, not far away from hotel. Small and verry relaxing swimming pool on the side of the hotel. Value for money with a good standart breakfast.
The hotel inside the from the main road but not far away only 50 meter. But overall, more positive thing than negative thing to stay
I and my wife very enjoy to stay at this hotel, althought not to big and locate 50 meters inside from main road, but overall building and in good condition. In the afternoon we can relax at the small but nice swimming pool.
Going outside not far away about 10 minute walk we will see the Jungceylon Mall and not far away from this mall the center of the Phuket night life " Bangla Rd ". Lot af food street and small place to eat with cheap fine food we can find near the hotel. Not far away walking distance to Patong Beach. We plan to stay on our next trip to Phuket and Krabi. And we also thanks very much to the staff verry helpfull and without language problem.
Restaurant Tip : Not far away from the hotel, in the half way walking to Jungceylon, at the across the street there is a small restaurant semi open only at the night with number 27. Lot of the people local and also tourist eat. Small place only not more 10 table. The food good, and the price very cheap compare to other restaurant. Around 40 - 60 bath
