Good hotel but it's a little out of the way from the action/beach - about 25 mins walk. If you don't mind the distance then it's a good hotel for the price. Clean, spacious rooms which are styled well. Great shower & powerful air con. They have a restaurant on the rooftop but they don't serve anything up there which is a shame as it's a nice little spot. Staff barely speak English, had problems communicating! Would recommend if you don't want to be in the heart of the action.

Lovely hotel and room, and way from the noise

I booked a standard double bed room for 6 nights and all in all had a great stay. The bathroom was clean and had a good hot shower. The room was big and spacious and cleaned every day. Aircon worked well. The balcony was spacious enough though not much of a view. WiFi coverage and speed was excellent. One negative is that the hotel is right on a main street so there's always the noise of traffic going past - but I had a room on the 1st floor (i.e. just above reception) so perhaps a room higher up the building would have less noise. Also, reception is 24 hours but you'll often find no one sat there as they're milling around in the kitchen. So don't bother handig your keys in when you go out as you might have to wait a while for someone to come to reception when you get back. The French guy (he probably owns it) was very generous in offering to let me stay on and pay the discounted Agoda price I'd originally booked with.
Travel tip:
The laundry service across the road is excellent for 60baht per kilo.

The rooms are big, clean bathroom but the pillow are bulky. It's ok since they're still comfortabr to use. Only the owner and receptionist lady can speak english. so you might have difficulties if both of them are not available. The staffs are friendly. The location is quite far from Patong beach and Bangla road, about 2-3 km but it gives you a quiet environment to rest.
Restaurant Tip:
many restaurants staff's can't speak english. you might want to use translator such as google translate. the foods are good!

Comfortable room like home with pretty decoration

The manager is very helpful. He helped us book three day-trip in Phuket Island with lower price compared to the other travel agents. The hotel is quite new and well facilitated. You can book pick-up service at the airport. Would definitely recommend it to all.

Hmm.. not so impressed. Or maybe we're not the target market of this hotel?
Room size is ok. Shower has good pressure though quite small. But the cleanliness and service level were pretty down low. They forgot to refill the water, towels had smell. Maybe they've changed all these nowadays but during our stay it wasn't too impressive. Though worth every baht we spent.

first time travellers. we were there when the earthquake happened and this was the perfect location where our hotel was, we were in the middle of the town centre patong. our staff were wonderful, as you can expect when travelling to another country you will have communication difficulties,but you work it out. our room was a good size for us,husband,myself and my son and with breakfast included with price what can you ask for,specially if your eating out all the time, you can spend the extra money on sightseeing or shopping. best time to travel is around 12 april if you want to join in on their songkran,water festival,where you can stand outside your hotel and wet everyone going passed which my husband and son joined in and loved it, usually 2day event,check the dates before coming ova if your into abit of let go fun. bar is upstairs on the 7th floor, wonderful views can't ask for anything more for 3star hotel. will stay there again. you must go to the soul mate(pink place) massage place just across from hotel,to die for, had massage everyday, the gurls where wonderful,buy 5 get 1 free.
Hotel Feature Tip:
if you like walking around and taking your time browsing this is a good place to be. 20min to beach,5min to bang-la rd, and the big c, you can always grab tuk tuk hm if you get tired which is about 200baht. sightseeing around also grab and tuk tuk for about 1500baht he will take you evrywhere and wait for you or hire a bike until you leave.

good location for what i expected, handy to everything if you like walking around and browsing through the shops. beautiful views from the the 7th floor and a nice relaxing area after a day out. rooms are a standard size enough for 3 people to move around in. just outside is the 7/11 to buy whatevea you want and nice marinated chicken across the road,yum yum yummy, and don't forget to go to the soul mate massage place (pink building). wow,!! to die for, i only had the foot massage everyday, after a day out and what a treat. the gurls were awesome ,for 200baht an hour can't ask for anymore than that. best location for solo travellers,older children, over nighters. staff were awesome.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
grab or hire motor bike for the time your there, you can anywhere when you want to without having to grab a tuk tuk. and grab a tuk tuk when you have a group of you's travelling and share the cost even cheaper for the day out. they wil take you anywhere you want.
