Good location but poor service

the location of the hotel is good. it is very near to patong beach and bangla road. but the room condition was average. a.c. for sometimes was not working properly. receptionist were helpful with prompt response. the quality of breakfast was good. there was a wide variety of items in the breakfast.

This is a very good value for money hotel. Cheap, average quality hotel at a great location. Close and walkable to everywhere. Service was good. We arrived early morning and was allowed a very early check in due to room availability. Rooms are reasonably sized, clean, with international tv channels and great wifi. Small balcony is a great convenience for smokers. Bathroom was ok but slight problem with draining. A little disappointed with the breakfast though.
Restaurant Tip:
A very good mango sticky rice nearby, along main road (cant remember name unfortunately).
One of the stalls at basement food court of Jungceylon sells very good coconut ice cream.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

Nice clean room but the shower take's a couple of hours for the water to go down the drain and the bar staff are not the best in the afternoon as you tell them the meal you want, a solo meal so they have 50/50 to get it right but they still get it wrong.

i arrived at the hotel in the morning , booked in early which was great. was not a problem with the very courteous and helpful reception staff , gave agoda booking reference, boom done in a fewe minutes the entrance is in around the back of private san sabai . great location , short stroll to jungcelon shopping centre and the nightlife along nightclub strip of bangla and not that much further from the beautiful patong beach . room was nice, the downside was the bed was very firm ( hard ). pool located on the roof 8th fllor is only small but refreshing and their is bar and food can be ordered up from the restaurant, food abd drink prices are comparable . overall great location only downer is the hard bed ,

Great Location for Patong Night Life lover!!!
Location near to famous Bangla Rd
