Great location close to the action
Great service, great location, has a lift, clean, can park your car or bike out the front.

i will stay here agin. my only complaints are the bed was rock hard and the shower goes from good to scorching hot then cold.

Nice hotel excellant location for nightlife

I enjoyed my stay here very helpful staff and nice pool on rooftop.
Perfect location for me as i go for nightlife and bangla road is only a few minutes walk from here.
Also it is walking distance to junceylon shopping center never need to get a taxi anywhere.

Good hotel with nice jacuzzi pool

the pool was nice, bar area was windy n cool.
the room was neat n clean but facing directly into another hotel's room. had to pull the curtain out always bcos of no privacy.
the staff were nice n smiley.
breakfast was full but only 3 selection daily with the same menu, no fuzz though.
location was at round back corner,not so noisy.

Not satisfied, we requested twin bed but when we check in the counter staff said the twin bed room is fully booked. Our room does not include breakfast. There is no staff to assist us to carry our luggage.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Phuket is a great place. Lots of tourist attraction, many nice and clean beach, like Patong Beach & Kata Beach. Great night life at Bangla Street Patong

This was a good for the money and the breakfast was nice. Location was good, friendly staff. There was a slight miscommunication regarding our booking and location (there are 2 hotels with this name so make sure you go to the right one) but it was sorted out very quickly. All in all good.

Quiet Hotel Near All the Night Life

The hotel is situated very close to all the venues that most visitors would like to be around. A short stroll to the beach and the shopping center, as well as all the nightlife one can handle. Since it is located on a side soi, the noise from all the bars is not even a whisper and a business traveler can sleep without issue. The staff was more than friendly and assisted with items without any problems. They always tried to help when possible.
The internet connection (free wifi) is great but the connection is not that strong, the staff attempted to boost the signal for me a couple times with some success. If you are in need of an email or browse on the internet, they do provide a couple computers at the front.
The bed was large but a typical Thai style, so don't expect a soft 5 start mattress but the standard semi-stiff kinda. The size is more than suitable, with a king being offered in the room.
Overall, I certainly recommend the hotel for the traveler on a budget as the price is certainly reasonable for the location and services offered.
Nightlife Tip:
Nightlife is just a walk down the street, if you exit the soi that the hotel is on, you can throw a stone at any number of places. There are also a wide selection of restaurants of varying prices and quality in the area as well. Selection is not an issue.

Newly built hotel, basic facilities. Small lobby. Good breakfast. Walking distance to Patong's center. Noisy in daytime because there is a construction site next door. Clean inside. Good price for basic stay.
Nightlife Tip:
Next to walking street at night with many bars and go go girls.

first of all, the location of this hotel was amazing. it wasnt too far from where the action was (bangla road) but it was far enough that it wasnt too noisy, so you could sleep easily. the rooms were clean and neat and the staff were really friendly upon arrival. only stayed here one night but highly recommended for few nights. takes only about 2-3min walk to get to main party area.
