Great Breakfast, comfy bed close to everything

the hotel staff were fast with our check in as we arrived late in the evening unfortunately our 1st room had a shower that didn't drain but after atemping to fix it not long after our check in they decided to change our rooms - 2nd room was the same lay out better view (not a construction site) and had a shower drain that worked. The beds were comfortable, but the rooms do need darker curtains. the rooms were very sound proof considering the closeness to the city. you can walk every where from this hotel no need for a tuk tuk. The breakfast was lovely looked forward to it every day. this is a good hotel if you are going to be out & about each day, not so good if you plan on sitting by the pool (recommend swimming in the private pool on the 3rd floor if you go for a swim). also the bathrooms are small and the toilet faces the wrong way need to site sideways to use it!

Cental location, nice view for high room, best buffet breakfast.

And at times is very noticeable. Rooms are small and dark but the pool is nice and great buffet breakfast and wifi. I think you can do better for the price.

We are three people in one room all three beds were comfortable room view was good on e side city view and other side was and hill view, Razors ,tooth brush tooth past were available only problem was very small bath room.

This great hotel is very well located - 5 minutes walk from Bangla street and Jungceylon shopping mall, and offers a great value for money. Rooms are beautifull and well designed, staff is kind, the hotel facilities are very nice (2 pools, gym) and the breakfast is very rich.
Nightlife Tip:
"Red Hot" dance bar at the corner of Bangla Street (across the mall) is a great hangout with great live music and good atmosphere.

Wonderful hotel - great value for money. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The location is fantastic - streight on the main road and a 5 minute walk to Bangla street and Jungceylon shopping mall. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was gorgeous but not very spacious.
Nightlife Tip:
"Red Hot" dance bar on the corner of Bangla street (right next to the Jungceylon shopping mall) offers great live music and great atmosphere - we enjoyed it a lot!

Average hotel but in a great location.

Hotel in a great location but only an average hotel. Rooms okay but toilet in bathroom too close to shower screen. Can't get to main outdoor pool from within hotel - must go out of hotel through main foyer. Small and uninviting bar near reception and only serves breakfast in dining area. Probably value for money though.

great location= about only 10 mins walk to either junceylon or patong beach and bangla street. around hotel are restaurant, 7-11 or family mart,shops and massage centre which makes great conveniences.
hotel= staffs are friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast is good(loved the egg bread). environment is quiet,clean with no smell (even the pool),the bed is consider comfy too. only thing is that the room has not enough lights but overall i still have no regrets chosen this hotel.
food= a lot of restaurant ard but i was so glad that i've finally found stalls of local food which is cheap and delicious opposite robinson entrance or boxing stadium at night/evening
Hotel Feature Tip:
make sure tuk tuk drivers know that one is going to patong heritage cause a lot of times they might thought is phuket heritage as it is more well known.
