Overpriced and the building is not ready
Location. Everything else doesn't seem to be a plus

Stayed 3 nights in the end of February. Cannot recommend this hotel to anyone because:
- the price is very high for the quality. We have moved to the hotel priced twice cheaper than this and it was much better
- Room furniture is quite new (hotel has just opened), but it is not the best one. In some months hotel will look old since cheap materials were used
- Rooms are very small
- Breakfast is average.

Hotel has potential but I wouldn't stay again

The first 2 days I was there they failed to clean my room, so when I would come back it was still not made up. When I asked them to make the room up the would tell me their housekeeping already left for the day. They also have a little ant problem. It's too bad because the room has potential but I had to ask them to spray several times as well because there would be little ants crawling around on the floor. I am not a picky individual and have stayed at other hotels in Phuket with no complaints at all but I would not stay at this one again.
