Don't join the tour that is provided by the hotel because it costs you double than the ouside tour companies.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to the Jun Ceylon, it is a nice place to eat seafood and shop. If you go by tuk-tuk, it costs you at least 150 Baht. But if you walk, it takes around 25 minutes.

Overall I thought this was a decent hotel but I was disappointed that on Agoda it had a sauna included in the facilities which was one of the reasons for my booking but there is no sauna at this hotel.

Rent a bike for 300 Baht a day and you can explore more sightseeing places, such as view point, Wat Chalong temple, HUGE Budhha Statue, Bungy Jump and Phuket Town, it's worth to rent it :)
Patong lodge - very basic but good value for money

When we first arrived we were a bit shocked with the hotel as we were expecting a four star hotel. I think this would only be a 3 star hotel. Overview we were pretty happy with the hotel especially considering how much we paid. Tuk tuks into town were a bit more than expected.

Recommended if you don't like the noise of the city and want to stay at the beach or by the swimming pool.
- Shopping Tip : Try bargainning before you really start buying. In most of the cases you can buy it for less than half of what they ask. Don't be afraid to say no, you can buy it in at least ten other shops or they will offer you a much cheaper deal if you start walking away.
