Basic, clean and good value
Surprisingly quiet neighborhood considering it was located in patong. Pool area was nice, rooms were clean and service adequate.

If you look for basic budget hotel at Patong, but aren't keen on seeing ladyboys by the pool, this is a good pick. Don't expect too much. All the basics were there: clean room, peaceful surroundings and good room service. Overall the hotel looked a bit cheap and the food tasted funny. good for a couple nights of partying but would not recommend for a whole week!

the room is ok. is far from the main beach,patong beach.no free internet.don't purchase any boat ticket from them they charge so much more. you need to purchase for internet and the internet is slow but your time is running. thats not much cheap and nice eating place there.

An oasis from the maddening crowds

This was a pleasant find in a very busy and crowded tourist town. Nestled away on a tropical hillside with a balcony that overlooks tropical vegetation. The hotel is a little far from the center of town but motorcycle transportation is cheap (but you have to bargain). This would be an ideal place for a family on a limited budget. The pool provided a nice place to read, have a beer and swim in a large pool.

Staff was friendly, food good, clean facilities. Only problem is that the hotel was a bit far to walk to Patong main strip and with a baby in a pram with narrow to no footpaths you needed to take a tuk tuk. Also many levels from room, to pool to resturant to from of hotel..hard work with a baby.

Very pleased with our stay rooms large and pool and surrounds very good. Only 10mins walk to beach which is a great beach. Shops outside and tuc tuc to town only 200batts far enough away from the sleaze, but a must to visit.

Far enough away from hustle and bustle quiet location

good swimming pool..good room service.. staff friendly and perfect.. very cheap eating service by swimming pool.. very large and clean rooms.. good breakfast..

very nice hotel for couples and who wants to enjoy natural beauty and green lands of phuket.. but it is also very close to nightlife and shopping places.. i can recommend you to rent a motorbike and go to patong and several beach around the hotel..

Nice facility
Most comfy bed yet in Thailand and we have been here 2+ weeks. Nice facility and room.

Hotels are judged by your first interaction with staff, and ours was not good. The man at the front desk was adamant about our friends not coming into our room for a visit and a look - before they booked a room for the night. His rudeness and mistrust lost their business! the facility and room was great! The bed very comfortable - the best bed yet - as most are as hard as a rock!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We only stayed overnight - between island hopping. Get a massage a few doors down, you will not regret.
