We were very impressed with this hotel. The location was fabulous, we felt we had the best of both worlds. We liked the fact we were able to go in one direction to the beach and the other direction to resteraunts and shopping. If you did not feel like leaving the hotel you were very comfortable staying within the hotel area by the pools, the gardens are just lovely.
The staff were exceptional, the plan on 8 acres was brilliant, the pool area was fantastic, our room was in a great location.
Fortunately none.
- Restaurant Tip : We found a great place to each along the beach at a place called Sabai Beach Resteraunt. Another more upmarket place was Baan Ra Dim.

We love it there, both 2 years ago and this year also, very nice place, clean, close to all Patong Beach attractions, great swimming pools and gardens. Staff as everywhere in Thailand very friendly. No complaints whatsoever thats why we decided to come again and who knows next time we are in Thailand we might stay there for the 3rd time :). Highly recommended to all who like good standard at reasonable price.
It is a big hotel but you don't feel it, great swimming pools, close to beach and shops... it was our 2nd stay in there so highly recommended!

We were met at the airport by a driver who was dressed smartly and very obliging. At reception our room was not ready however hotel staff provided drinks and were very attentive. Once in our room we were really happy. Even though we did not have a poolside outlook our balcony overlooked a beautiful green garden area. The pool area was exquisite and had plenty of sitting accomodation. The pool side restaurant had good quality food and we were very impressed with their beef kebabs.
It was clean and beautifully landscaped. The room was excellent. Service was great.
