very unpleasant stay. Most of the staff there were very rude starting from the front office all the way till housekeeping. Agoda should consider not promoting their hotel to avoid tarnish your reputation.

Great Hotel but staff attitude needs improvement

Lots of sand particles in the pool.
Requested a matchbox but was told to collect @ the lobby.
Wifi does not support mutliple devices therefore request for additional wifi login. The staff initially reluctanted to provide, only when we showed the terms and condition stated in the invoice. "Free Wifi"

Overall is good. The hotel staff are helpful.
I loved this hotel! from the lobby to the rooms, it was great! The rooms are spacious and clean with a big bed. Overall this was one of the best hotels i stayed in while in Thailand!

Best value with very nice pool
Very close to the beach, two minimarts just cross the street, big swimming pool, nice room, good service

The hotel is located on quiet location and next to the beach only crossing the street. Far from noisy entertainment of Patong. Nice room, my family loved it every much, so we had great time during our stay.
Shopping Tip:
about 1 miles from the shopping area and hotel provides 3 trips free shuttle bus from hotel to junceylon.

a quiet location with not many shops around, even massage shop also only 3 around, no night life or shopping whatever so., good for people who does not like noisy parties.., must travel to night life activities., but nice hotel, looks new, have to stay in a pool access room, very big room size, with a king bed and a side platform bigger then king size, can convert into a huge bed, ideal for families.., big window to look into pool, nice view..,

clean,spacious...beautiful decor especially the toilet...walikng distance to patong beach jet skiing bay

hotel is good however breakfast sucks. staff need to be sent for etiquette classes as some of them serve without a smile. rooms are big,clean and spacious. bathroom is very beautiful.

please check the inventory of the room as you are liable to be charged if anything is found to be missing upon check out.
