I chose the hotel because of the location and the jacuzzi. But when I was there the jacuzzi was for cold water only and it was out of the room that can be seen by the neighbors. When I arrived I found the boiling water tool was water inside and dirty. One of the drawer also full of trashes from the previous guests. The AC was unadjustable so it was like in the fridge. The staff was also lack of english.
I have told my complaints to them hopefully they understood.

2.We book standard room with 2 single bed but hotel staff changed to double bed w/o inform.
3.Stay 3 nights but found got 1 day w/o change the bed sheet & pillow cover.

The hotel is close to the beach and far enough away from the bars that its not too noisey. Good value for money

The hotel was clean, quiet and well located to the beach and shopping. It's not far to walk to the bars but far enough away to be quiet. The only negative is the bed was rock hard. I would stay here again.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and overall very nice. The location is great because it is close to the beach and the nightlife and ammenities whilst being off the two main roads and away from the hustle and bustle. Unfortunately guests in the hotel seem to do as they please and act in an anti social manner with impunity despite there being signs stating clearly that this behaviour is not tolerated. It would seem that the staff, although really nice, hard working and friendly have no control over guests or any concept of 'consideration of other guests'. Seems to lack management.
