The staff were rude. Treated us badly.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Very rude staff. Poor service. A particular male staff shouted and scolded us for being unable to open our room door. We were disappointed and will never recommend for anyone. Not at all suitable for families.

Everything are okay except there was leakage in our bathroom, very wet on the floor.. Not much of choices for the breakfast. Is close to Patong beach, restaurants, there are a lot of convenient shop (7-11 & family mart).. Overall it is good to stay this hotel.

we had a good stay, the room was clean, the staff where friendly, we booked from them the elephant trekking for 30minuts and we were charged 600bht w/c i think quite cheap
