Everything seems okay!
the interior design is nice, clean room, friendly staff but the hotel is a lil bit hidden, most important is, hotel is close to the beach!

Not the same room as we booked off the Internet.
Did not like nothing about this hotel

Room were not good , on the Internet they look realy nice, breakfast was cold every morning , mould in the bathroom , as we were told the picture's we saw on the net where taken over 10 years ago , they are very misleading, you do need to take a look for yourselfs , one good point was the rooms were clean and sheets were change regular , we had a good service, but wood be very werey about booking again with you again . Sorry for this nagartive report but I have to be honest , thankyou
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Pee pee island Banglar road , go karting , sea food , big budder , beachers , night life , it's a beautiful country

Rooms ok, akward bathroom no views small tv no DVD

Rooms are ok hard beds like a lot of Thai hotels, shower and toilet are very awkward positioned, no views, charged 300 to bring guests back even though rooms booked for two people, tiny tv no DVD or iPod docs, breakfast is pretty good and location ok about 10 min walk to bangla road and beach for the price think deserved a little better wont be staying there again!!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Stock up on the breakfast if your up early enough

Very good location near to Patong beach

If you want to stay near patong beach this would be one of the best hotel. Not expensive and near the main street with so many shops and restaurants. With 10 min walk you can go to bangla road and Jungceylon (big shopping mall), so really convenient. Breakfast was ok, really standard.

Don't bother to go there...rude unhelpful staff

Two nights pre paid and not happy...expensive, rude unfriendly staff, no taxi when we had to leave at 4am for flights to Myanmar via Bangkok, we had to go out on the street to get one ourselves and at that time not many people around.....and no staff to be seen when they knew when we were leaving...it seemed the staff couldn't get out of their own way to help paying customers....never again!!!

Bad hotel to stay. The TV was not functioning. Had to keep calling them and they gave excuse the whole floor TV station was down. Keep bothgering them than at night they got it fixed with just 4 channels working. Very bad service. Not responsive to customers nees. Breakfast same food daily . No change.
Hotel has hidden cost such as Joiners Fee. Plain rubbish. Never heard of that is any part of the world. If u bring a friend in to live with you, you need to pay for her.
Very dissapointing stay at the resort
Travel tip:
Never ever stay at this resort. You will regret
Front office staff not helpful.
