Hotel was great. Nice view. Feels like you were in Bali. Friendly ppl around and staff was very couteous and polite. Very near to shoppping area like the Bangla Road. Things there were not very cheap but can still bargain. Massage Parlour was supper cheap compared to Singapore. Me and friends especially had our full body and reflexology massage done for almost everyday. I loves all the island around Phuket. Its is very beautiful and calm. We had a day trip on visiting all island, during our stay. Rooms in the hotel, are not 100% clean. The toilet in my room have got some uncomfirtable urine smell on the floor, when we first check in. Cleanliness of the hotel I can only say so so...its wasn't that 100% clean. Unfortunately, I had 3 days of sleepless night during my stay. Parts of my hand, legs, neck and eyes went swollen the moment I woke up the next day. I got bitten by an insect everyday. At first I thought that probably, its just mosquitos. However to my surprise, it wasn't. In fact on our last nite of stay we discovered bed bugs. It was quite a big size from a normal bed bugs size which I'd seen before. Guess it was perhaps brought over by those back packer or maybe its just the cleanliness that they are lacking with. I talked to the manager incharge and proof them on those bed bugs. They apologised and compensate glasses of cocktails to all my friends on out last day of checking out. Overall I guess improvement on the cleanliness and hygience should be put as top priority. Honestly there's nothing there that I disliked, despite on the bed bugs and all those sleepless nite. I shouldn't have choose the hotel if not for its beautiful Baliness view that I review during my searched in the website.

Nice comfortable hotel, rooms are very clean. Good value for money. Small swimming pool but designed very well. 24hr reception is very good for late check in. No wifi in rooms. Internet available in business area 60baht per hr which is standard price. Lovely hotel with Clean comforable rooms. Swimming pool is small but designed lovely.Pool Would not be suitable for kids but great for couples. 3min walk to beach. Less than 10mins to Bangla rd where all the nightlife is but far enough away that you dont hear any music in your room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Tour prices were cheaper with tour agents outside the hotel rather than with the hotel tour agent for what i could see were the same tours.

The swimming pool is fantastic, and the place itself is very attractive. Reception could be more knowledgeable, the told us to visit their in house travel agent but he/she was never around for days we were there. Excellent hotel a little bit off the center area in Patong Beach. The location is good, could possibly be a bit closer, but for the price its excellent. A couple minutes walk from the beach and a few more to the center. Polite staff, immaculate rooms, awesome swimming pool. Would happily stay again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

- Location (not far from the beach, 10mn walk to soi Bangla, pretty quiet)
- Friendly staff
- Big rooms - Noisy A/C in my room
- Too friendly staff? I was welcomed with great smiles, the guy from the reception even lend me some cash to pay the taxi as he didn't have enough change. My room has been upgraded from superior to deluxe (or the inverse, i never know which one is the best). Sure it's not a 5* place, but when you pay the price i paid for what i got, it's really a good deal.

Large room and friendly staff. Nice seafood stall right beside the hotel A bit far from Banglad road (though still walkable), could have done more cleaning in the bathroom We had a nice stay at the Premier Patong Beach resort. The room was quite big and clean, though I noticed that the cleaning lady wasn't paying to much attention to the bathroom but I've seen worse in more expensive hotel. The swimming pool was nice but a bit small, it wasn't a problem for us since we were the only guest using it. The gym is as per previous review, very very small. The staff were nice and friendly. I would definitively go back.
Hotel Feature Tip : There's a nice and professional massage parlor next to the hotel restaurant. Went there twice with my wife and enjoy it!

we got a room that smelled like a smoking room, but they upgreated us for free to the pool room which was great. the location is close to the sea food places that opens at night. patong is not a nice place at all, I would not reccomend staying there, but if you want to, this is a nice hotel.

friendly n very helpful staff. fast service. nice n very satisfied room. next to the hotel, there are family mart, restaurant, internet cafe etc. start from 4 p.m till 1 a.m, there are a few seafood stalls open next to the hotel. just a walking distance, about 15 mins walk, to the famous Bangla road and Jungceylon Mall. 10 mins walk to Patong beach. very satisfied.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : sight seeing around phuket cost only 600 baht. around patong area is a bit expensive, for a mere 1 km, they charge around 150-200 baht. walking is the best option. motorcycle rent per day cost 200 baht. KFC in phuket town is cheaper than in patong.

OMG! patong is the best, we love the people, the location, the interior, the service, the beds, the view, and did we mention the price? internet is crap. wifi definitely needs improvement, make the windows to the shower a little more water proof. when taking a shower it kind of spills to the other room best hotel for the price. it was awesome, the interior, the atmosphere, just the location, the pool is great although it has a really really small fitness center. The service is excellent, the room is great except it takes a while for the air conditioner to kick in. well worth the price, will be staying at this hotel everytime i am back in patong.
Restaurant Tip : food is great right beside the patong premiere, bargain down on fresh seafood. don't bother with the shellfish since its not as fresh, but go all out with the fish, cheap and fantastic

Friendly english speaking staff and above average service. Room pretty decent for the price paid and no complaints. Had a safe in room which can put valuables and may come in handy. No complaints except water from the shower should be more powerful. To Patong Premier staff, keep up the good work.

beautiful decor for honeymoon couple, arrangements for muslim shower I have been to so many Island before but this was my best trip, ofcourse this time I was accompained with my wife. Hotel was simply amazing , huge building, clean spacy rooms and cheerful reception and chilling welcome drinks. Pool was also very clean. I stayed for 4 days in Phuket and went to many island from there. Patong was really happening place and I really fall in love with the Phuket's night life-specially saturday night. I would love to go again

Very good location, closer to the beach, seafood restaurants and to all others tourist activities (massages, pubs, shopping area, Robinson, etc) The Hotel claims to have a Sauna and a Spa: this is a 2 sqm room smelly, dirty and not at all 'hot' as it supposed to be! The gym is another 2 sqm with 2 bikes... let's call it 'Gym'!
Guests are allowed to smoke in all rooms... the staff told me 'we will clean and it will not smell'! Reception staff is unpleasant, not aware of the meaning of 'service'. I cannot rate this Hotel as 3 and half stars. No more than 2 stars. I have been to Phuket several times and I saw this Hotel under construction the first time on 2003. I was happy to be able to stay over there for the first time after so many years, but I'm very disappointed.
Also if the location is a very good one (see Pros) the problems related to the hotel service, tidiness, understanding (also if I speak Thai the attitude didn't change at all) is making this place a simple 'accommodation’. If you have no expectations (it's classified as a 3 1/2 stars) then you will be fine, but if you wish a better quality just pick up any other hotel close by. Breakfast is very poor (it's managed by another company, so to have the bill added to the room is also a problem) and the Deluxe rooms (the best ones on the 3rd floor) are very noisy (a pomp system or water filter on the roof make your sleep impossible... unless you sleep like a rock). Finally, the rooms are 'smelly' (toilets systems issue) and also if the 'artificial fragrances' are used, well, after a while it will just get full the all room. Starting the second day, they will simple change the bed sheets and the towels... this is the 'cleaning' process! Just to finish, the second day, I did wait for the housekeeper: he arrived at 3 PM (that's already very late). I asked to wait few minutes because just come out from the shower. He told me that he will not clean the room because he want go home! Let's smile... Cheers,
Restaurant Tip : The Seafood restauirant area is just 2 minutes from the hotel... just on its side.

cost of accommodation reasonable...close to the shopping break-fast same thing every morning...no elevators..not enough pool chairs. hotel really a 2star more then a 3 star...hotel charges for a visitor,needs a overhaul ,a bit run down..staff are excellent.

The hotel is great! well-maintained. and convenient to go anywhere from here. The hotel is new, and condition is great as well, especially the pool! This hotel is located at a very good place, which is near to the beach, and all the hot spots, it is very convenient! The people here are friendly, and the staffs are helpful. Last but not the least, there is food court just beside the hotel, which the price are reasonable, and the food are all delicious!
Travel tip : Night life at Bangla Road & Paradise, which i thought was quite far, but it is within walking distance. Public transport here are expensive. So better walk. hehe

Nice staff , clean room , good taste of breakfast More expensive for snacks , same breakfast all 4days we stay For 3stars hotel at Patong Beach,.. I think Patong Premier Resort is more cheap and comfortable than other hotels that I ever stay before.If you looking for some place which nearby the beach and night market and have many seafood restaurant behind the hotel.And the best thing is all staffs very nice , polite for all guest( Thai & foreigner )
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Package tour One Day Trip is value,economy and comfortable for traveller , and you can buy at the hotel.
