Great location for the hotel, only a very short walk to the beach as well as being in the heart of the shopping and dining areas. Big pool with few guests at it, a nice breakfast selection and friendly staff. Late checkout price is reasonable, as are transport prices arranged by hotel.

Very quiet place in center of Patong,with friendly staff and big clear pools
Breakfest day to day remain the same
The room is very clean and comfortable. It is very convenient to get the beach from hotel and around hotel,very good steaks and other food in hotel restaurants

Close to Jung Ceylon Centre and Otop Markets. Fairly central
Our room was very basic with really awful carpet. There were no tea/coffee facilities or kettle supplied.
Based on internet information supplied we thought that we were going to have a really nice room so we were very disappointed at first when we had a very basic room in the old part of the hotel. However, the hotel is quite central in Patong and the staff are friendly and courteous. The cafe served very nice inexpensive meals.
Shopping Tip : Behind Jung Ceylon Centre is the Robinson Shopping Centre which has a Carrefours supermarket which is very cheap. Behind the Robinson Centre is another market - check it out.
