Great location, large rooms

The room was larger than expected, for the price paid. The beach is within 5 min walking distance. The staff were friendly, an made the stay a pleasant one. I'd definitely consider Patong Resort again, if I were to visit Patong again.

Good location and ambience. Rooms were average and staff service ok. However, you ned to inquire what is chargeable separately. Wifi was not free and the lockers available in the room was also separately chargeable.

Stayed there for 3 nights, location was good with night life, shopping and beach in the vicinity. The rooms and staff service were average. The ambience of the hotel and restaurant were good. Overall nice hotel to stay. Would like to stay there again.

I highly appreciate the duty managers help and efforts to correct my wrong booking (wrong date). If the Agoda centre would have been really manned 24/7 it would not have taken 3 hours.

Good hotel with perfect location

The hotel has one of the best locations in patong beach with three gates(beach, Banjla road, second road) the only issue was with the rooms as there was constructions so it was noisy and once i saw a worker in my balcony (no privacy).

We were upgraded and the rooms were spacious. Good location 2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from Bangla Road, but no noise at all. Big pool but quite plain, square and a bit boring compared to other more exotic designs of Patong hotel pools

Good location but the rooms is pretty run-down

Location of this hotel is just fantastic. it is situated right in the middle of Patong, 5mins walk to Jung ceylon and loads of nice restaurant and massage place along the street. Convenient shops are just outside of the hotel. Despite the good location of this hotel, the facility and furniture in the room is pretty run-down which required some renovation. However, given the price for the hotel, it's still well worth it.
