price is good service speaks bad english,
facility lackage patong resort generally is a good hotel for me,price is reasonable and food is yummy. but the room which we lived is new and smells bad. the service people english communication is very bad, I called room service they don't understand what I said. We hope the hotel's staff can be trained in english skill.

Magnificent location.
Two huge pools.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent restaurants.
Value for money. I have paid my sixth visit to the Patong Resort and have already booked my next visit which will most certainly not be my last.
Shopping Tip : Yung Ceylon is a magnificent mall within 5 minutes'

good access to the beach.There are many shops along the beach with good bargain.Hotel environment is good Service is not up to expectation,staff are not that friendly.Towels in the room are not fully furnished. I and my wife stayed at the hotel for 2 nights.The stay itself is quite acceptable though no complimentary drinks were offered.My wife is a very fussy person and each time we travel she would pack our own towels and rarely use the hotel's.On the day we checked out,we were query by the receptionist that the room face towels were missing.I told them that there were no face towels at all in our room during our 2 nights stay.They did not accept our explanation and said that every room have face towels.I then insisted my lugagge to be opened and checked by them but they did not do so.This is the worst experience I encounter staying at the Patong Beach Resort.
Nightlife Tip : Good spot for entertainment.

Good location, the staff are helpful. Facillities are good. The name should be Patong hotel. It is not a resort at all Patong Resort is quite a nice hotel. The location is perfect, near the beach and the night life of Patong. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful.
The pools are perfect: two pools with olympic size. The food for breakfast is good. I could not demand more with the price I paid for it.

only 5-min walk to beach. In th city of the Patong Tong. But Still keep quiet place. I like to walk out for shopping at night and walk back to hotel so convience. I also like to walk to beach for swimming and than walk back to hotel for cleaning and washing. The total facilities is clean and o.k.

Didn't think much of the hotel restaurant but lots of good places near by to go to. Shop in the hotel selling suits Convenient location close to the main shopping road, 1 minute walk to the beach and 3 easy entree points into the hotel. Breakfast is great. Standard rooms are a little small but clean and nice. Good place to relax by the pool with friendly staff to help and quite place throughout the hotel, but still close to bar and club venues for people wanting to head out and party. I have stay in this hotel twice now and will be next time I come back
Hotel Feature Tip : The Suit shop in the hotel. If you don't want a suit go in and tell them your not interested or you will have them on your back the whole time your there every time you walk pass them.

Telephone changes are very high....
I found this hotel really very nice. The big advantage is location. Beach, Nightlife, banglaroad, other market ......i mean eveything just 5 minutes walk. Inside room it is very peaceful. staff is also very friendly......I reached there at 10 AM and they let me check in without any extra changes. Nornal check in time is 2 PM.
To conclude I will recommend this hotel to everyone

hotel was ard 5 min walk distance fron the beach
and BF was delicious compare to the price..
needed to pay some(ard 50 baht) to use safety box and also need carry the key
water from the tap contains rust strain.. hotel was cozy and quiet.. located near beach so convenient to enjoy beach.. I didn't have chance to rest on patong beach though
bad thing was water from the tap was not clean..

set out and the grouds and the location swimming pool and breakfast the food was very good when i went to the hotel i thought i wanetd to book 3 more nights but when i went in my room it was not nice at all need to update and after 5min light went i could not ring the front desk phone was not working i went there and ask the guy at the desk and he gave me the card to putit in so i did that but after 5min light went so i went and ask for onther room or sort it out man came and did it and we did not stay any more night but the hotel could be the 5star if they update it breakfast was good as well

Rooms need up-grading. I can see some work in progress, i hope this will cover all hotel. The hotel is in excellence location and it has potential for holiday makers from Middle East. But the hotel does not consider Muslim food (halal food) specially on break fast for example same utensils used to cook pork used for others. Staff were very friendly and always smiling.
Nightlife Tip : The hotel located near shoppings, beach and night live clubs.

Nice Breakfast, OK rooms,good pools, center of nightlife, shopping all around. Hawkers (U buy suit, u want tuk-tuk)very pushy. Problem with room, but they did upgrade immediately and did not charge on check out. Awright hotel, friendly enough staff. Right in the middle of Patong (not for the faint hearted), 5 mins walk from beach, bangla road, shopping mall. Give it 6/10.
Nightlife Tip : Polite no thank you to hawkers and walk on, you stop to look they follow you down the street.

there isnot aything i liked Staff Attitude,food,must respect thier gest i had very bad experince staying in patong beach hotel in phuket. at my arrivale to the hotel i was shoked about the bedrooms size as we were large family consist of 5 adults adding of the A/C not functioning good ,i have complain to the duty manager and his simple answer if we can not sleep while A/C not cooling its my problem and he had already recieved his money and if i like to leave the resort i can do so without refund, basically i have to stay under their rules and thier mursy.The breakfast very bad and we been only once out of 10 days of the vecation.
We avoid to communicate with all the hotel staff in order to continue our vacation happily.
Shopping Tip : very central near shops as well as resturants

close to everything and great price it would be even better that it can has its own beach. I would definitely recomend the place to those who would like to stay in Patong area, and want to have quiet rooms as well as the vincinity. The two pools and the breakfast are also great.
