great location. Walking distance to all shops.
good sized rooms, lovely pool, close to all patong activities.

The only problem we had is that we are a family of 5. More than often we were given 4 towels. Apart from that a lovely resort to stay at for its central location and relaxed atmosphere.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do not book trips from the booths that are doted everywhere down the streets. Every one books the same trip from these. You end up being herded like catle and given time frames. Best to pre arrange private boats or tours from reading trip advisor before you go. Highly recommend john grey sea kayak. Fabulous full day, very well looked after worth the money.

we stayed at patong resort for 9 night. i booked a standard room which was basic but comfortable with a balcony facing back over the main wing pool area.
staff were attentive and friendly and the complex has very good acces to the beach, shopping and nightlife etc.

Good location as easy access to everywhere
Staffs are friendly. Service are good.

It's a great stay at Patong Resort. Although our view outside the window is carpark but I believe the top view of the hotel will be awesome.

Close to Everything but far from noise

Stnd rooms are basic but clean. Nice big balcony & rooms. Pool area is nice & breakfast is good. Long line for Omlete every morning though. Service was okay. Check in took long time as they had 4 staff handling each check in. Why they needed 4 ppl for 1 check in is a mystery to me. Location of this hotel is the best feature. 1 blk from beach & 2 blks from Bangla Rd. Plenty of restaurants and bars everywhere nearby. Shopping is steps away as well.
Nightlife Tip:
Bangla Rd can get pretty crazy so be aware it's party central. Lots of fun though :)

Hotel is well known in Patong. After coming out of Phuket airport the taxi driver took us straight to the hotel. The hotel has a grand reception and the checkin formalities went very fast. Here I would like to give special thanks to Agoda.com as I have booked through them and there was no confusion in booking instruction. Delux Room was good and well maintained. Very near to the market, beach and night life. The hotel pool is really good with jaccuzi and steam bath. Complimentary break fast provided was also good. Overall enjoyed out stay in Hotel and Phuket.

Nice hotel

Location was excellent. Everything was close by. Didnt need to walk very far to shopping, restuarant, massages, night life and beach. The room was neat, tidy and roomy. There was a lot of variety for breakfast choices. The fruits was very fresh. The staff was very friendly with warm smiles but spoke little english. Communication was a bit hard but got by with sign language.

Great location. Poor service, few smiles...
Great looking foyer. Great pools. Great buffet breakfast. Lousy service.

Booked as couple and one child under 12, breakfast included.
Arrived at hotel, given room with one large bed, or two singles. Extra bed will cost more. Breakfast vouchers given for two only per day. Extra breakfast voucher per day for our child. Complained at reception, but no assistance from any of the trainee staff or supervisors. They admitted that it has happened before, but it an issue with the booking process, and not Patong Resort. The standard room was almost hostel accomodation in standard, with aged fittings, broken toilet seat and live power wires in the bedside drawers connected to a switch.

we will stay there aging .ask for wig three deluxe rooms when you get there they are right next to the pool and they bigger. i would rate this hotel 3 star not four but for a night we was happy if it was a night we would not have been!

Great hotel anf good service

good service rooms kept clean and tidy and breakfast the best of the besat from other hotels.
Morning breakfast very good (excellent) reason why we gave two staff members a good tip. Smiles all the time and never once looked liked we over did it.thanks wil be back for the 5th time.
