This has been the best hotel that i stayed. It is very spacious, excellent location, absolutely middle of all the happenings. Very close to beach, easy access to everything. Rooms and toilets were fantastic. The service is great. Only problem with Breakfast as they dont have any halal food option for Muslims.
Nightlife Tip:
All the clubs, restaurants and party places are just 5 min walk away. Everything is so near to this hotel. This hotel is an excellent choice and superb value for money

good position in Patong and great access to the beach

We arrived very early in the morning as our flight had been delayed, like 4 a.m. no greeting at all at reception despite the time, and we were shown to our room. We had a deluxe room which was excellent, no complaints at all, however the staff at reception were not at all helpful at any time over our stay and definitely needed staff training to have better staff/customer relations. Wouldn't stay there again. In hindsight we would have preferred to stay at Karon Beach the next bay around but this was our first trip to Phuket.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
everyone should know approx. price to travel from Phuket airport to Patong as you get severely overcharged, we paid 1500 baht on our arrival and it should have been around 700

Suggestions - In case you need to book trip to any destinations,in Phuket you can book through Tab Tim Tour which is out side patong resort on left hand side.Don't forget to have Swensen's ice cream at Jungceylon mall.Parasailing & Speed boat ride at patong beach is amazing.Shopping at Bangkok is cheaper than Phuket

Phang Gna Bay, & Canoe Cave trip was amazing

Very closer to the beach and Bangla Road which is the best place to have nightlife and everything. Rooms are daily cleaned. Pool was okay. We did not eat at the hotel so no idea about the foods. I did enjoy at this hotel. The hotel could supplied about the TV(the room has old fashion TV) and Internet

We stayed @ the patong resort for 6 nights at the beginning of this year. Rooms are nice and clean and very close to the beach. Breakfast is so so. Frontdesk staff are not very friendly but they are ok. Rooms keys are not electronic control so seems like anyone can break in. Also you will have to pay for the in-room safe and it is also not electronic control. Also the bed is very firm and it is not very confrotable.

Staying at Patong Resort is very nice because of the good location. Just by walking we can go to Jungceylon & the famous Bangla road. The breakfast is good too.
Shopping Tip:
It is very near to Jungceylon by 3 minutes walking from the back exit.

My husband and I found the resort to be in an excellent location. Unfortunately the resort was quite empty of an evening as most people went into Phukett or the beach. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was average and the orange juice (cordial) was not nice - realy fruit juice would be a great improvement.

this hotel is a very good option when you are in puket, the defenition is this hetel is good value for your money. it is queit, clean, rooms are renovated, 20 minute walk to the beach, and right on the main street of shopes and resturants.breakfast is discent, it has two swiming pools, recomended.cons are - they charge you 50 bhat for a key for the safe, they didnt check our minibar before we came and charged for somthing we didnt use,a suspechious concerning towel- signs for charging you if it will be missing... ahu and the beds are sooo hard !!!
to conclude it is a nice hotel - nothing more nothing less.

the staff hospitality oke, they can tell you which area you should go and how to go there. hotel locatoin is near by tourist area ( beach, shopping mall, bar), you can go every where with different way, and the food is yummy. hotel room is new, the air conditioner is oke and very clean. Jusy by walking out the hotel, you can find different kind of thai's food.
