They should notified before about the availability of the requested room. But on the good side the hotel offered to switch to their other hotel, the better one, without any additional cost.

แย่มาก อยู่ได้แค่ 3 ชม จองอีกที่แต่ได้อีกที่ และที่อยู่ไม่ควรเรียกว่าโรงแรมเลย ไวท์แซนด์ รีซอร์เทล ห้องเหม็นมาก ประตูห้องน้ำพัง เสียงดังมาก
ปณ. ควรไปดูโรงแรมบ้างไม่ใช้เอาแต่รูปมาแสดงอย่างเดียว ครั้งนี้ถือว่าผิดหวังอย่างมาก

The hotel was the worst i ever stayed in... and that says something.
They were trying to do maintanance, but hotel was in a poor condition.
The doors to the balconey was impossible to open, the wardrope was extremely dirty and in poor condition, the pool was very dirty.
All in all the worst hotel experience ever.
Only good thig is the location... its in the more quiet south end of Patong Beach.
But for the same money you can get much better hotels in the same area... and they have beach view.

The room is quite small, which is corresponding to the charge you pay for it. It is right in front of the beach. The room size is alright, but the basic facilities it has are dated and rusty, especially the toilet.

The best thing is the location. Directly across the road from the beach and on the edge of town so quiet.

I think the hotel was fine, but was overpriced for what we paid. During a quieter timeof the year when it wouldn't cost as much, perhaps it would be of good value. the staff was nice. One even called her friend who worked at the airport to help us locate lost luggage. Other staff didn't speak much english and weren't so helpful. room was cleaned thoroughly every day.

景色よかった。スタッフのみなさんも子供たちに優しくしてくれて、一緒にコンビニつれてってもらって、アイスを子供が3人いるので、3個も買ってもらっちゃいました。プールは子供たち気に入ってたみたいだけど、虫もたくさんいて騒いでました。もう少し、プールを綺麗にしてもらうと最高です。

โรงแรมหาง่ายมากครับ อยู่ใกล้ทะเล แค่เดินข้ามถนนก็ถึงเลยครับ ภายในโรงแรมมีขนาดต่างกันเล็กน้อย ผมจอง 2 ห้อง เลยมีข้อเปรียบเทียบ เห็นมีบางรีวิว บอกว่าผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่า ผมก็ดูว่าพอใช้ได้นะครับไม่เก่า จองผ่านอะโกด้า 1 คืน คืนที่สองกะว่าจะไปที่อื่น แต่ขี้เกียจไปหาก็เลยอยู่ต่ออีก 1 คืน รวม 2 คืน ราคาคืนที่ 2 ถูกกว่าอะโกด้าหลักสิบบาท โรงแรมแถบๆนี้ราคา 1 พันขึ้นครับ
ด้านหลัง โรงแรมดวงจิต กว้างมากๆๆ 500 กว่าห้อง ถามราคาถูกสุดก็ 1700 บาท ผมเช่ารถที่สนามบิน New Vios วันละ 900 รวมประกันแล้ว ที่จอดรถบริวณหน้อโรงแรมว่างก็จอดได้ครับ หาไม่ยาก
