good location but old hotel with bad staff. staff is unfriendly and not good. the hotel will be closed soon and rebuilt.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : going to Phuket is doing 2 excursions: Phang Nga bay and Phi Phi island.

Close to Bangla Road, which is the hub of all the food joints and the night life. Staff performance, breakfast, and there is no lift even to the second floor. I have been going to Phuket for the past 4 years, and this is one of the worst hotels i have stayed in. First, on reaching, the receptionist yelled at us coz we were a bit late in giving our hotel vouchers to her, she screamed like an uneducated person does, after all that drama we were given rooms on the second floor which had approx. 60 stairs, with no lift we had to climb all the stairs and carry our luggage ourself coz hotel staff refused to carry our luggage, then once we reached the room and switched on the air conditioner it was making a noise like a road roller runs and despite making 5 complaints no one came. Overall a horrible experience.

Well, the overall experience had been dampened by the rude receptionists, the rooms were clean and nice, very close to Bangla Road, where the action is. The staff could be polite but it seemed they just did not care. There was no lift and our room was on the second floor so thats a negative.
Nightlife Tip : It's close to Bangla Road.
