You get what you pay for. It was clean and tidy.

Not all that impressed with this hotel, but then it was only a stop over between flights in and out of Phuket.

I wasn't impressed with this hotel. But it served it purpose as a stop over, between flights. The rooms where clean and tidy, but had trouble sleeping as the bed was uncomfortable. It was close to the airport, about 1km right of the terminal.

Place is great for a quick, cheap night's sleep after a long flight.

Bed was quite literally the hardest bed I have ever slept on. Location is 3 minutes from airport but almost 45 minutes from anything culturally significant.

This hotel was decent enough for the cost. My husband and I spent one day/night there after 36hours of travel. A staff member picked us up from the airport, which was nice but not an outrageous expectation as the hotel was less than 5 minutes from the airport. The room was spotless and the grounds were okay. The pool was central, warm, and clean. Only two complaints about the room itself: 1) the shower felt a little third world. By this I mean, that the shower head is not separate from the other bathroom amenities. The entire floor of the bathroom is a drain. If you're an American, you will not like this. However, do be warned that if you plan on spending less than $50/night on accomodatation, this will be pretty standard. 2) The bed was, quite literally, the hardest bed, on which I have ever slept. The bed wasn't even a mattress; it was a set of boxsprings! The sort of distracts from the convienence of the location's proximity to the airport. Another distraction is that of the location. Close to the airport, but REALLY far from everything else. There's nothing near the hotel but a few make-shift restaurants. You might save a few bucks on the cab fare to other hotels in Patong or Kata, but you;ll make up for in ventures to anywhere. We went to Phuket Town-it was 500B and almost an hour's drive. My husband and I ended up staying only one night, and then relocating to a nicer hotel (better location too) in Patong Beach.

Restaurant Tip : Although it seems there is nothing in the way of attractions around the PAH, do venture to the main road and eat at one of the make-shift restaurants. My husband and I were in Thailand for 3 weeks and the food we had here was by far the best authentically-Thai food. (If you go to major tourism sites, you'll find that most food is surprisingly Westernized, even the places advertised as being Thai)

hmmm.. not many!

I didn't like much about this place other than the fact that it's 5 mins away from the airport

OK - so we stayed here for less than 8 hours. The only reason I booked this hotel is because it was cheap and I got into Phuket airport at 1am and did not want to travel at that time to my other hotel. So I would recommend this place ONLY if you were in the same circumstance.

Clean and quiet hotel conveniently located near the airport yet no plane noise.

None we found as we only stayed 1 night waiting for another flight to Chiang Mai.

The room was clean & comfortable. Seemed a family run operation and the staff were very friendly and accomodating to our needs. It was great to be able to get off 1 flight and get a relaxing rest, an ample breakfast the next morning and then be driven to the airport to catch our next flight. I did enjoy sitting outside in the morning watching the bunnies eat in the garden. Great location for stopover travellers.

Very close to airport Free pick up/drop off to the airport

None

We have used this hotel several times as it is very convenient on the way home. The rooms are large, have air con and a fridge. the pool is small but adequate. Only 30m from main road wher there is a7 eleven and various food stalls - all of them seem good to eat at. Hotel also has a restaurant but haven;t eaten there however breakfast is fine and was included in our rate.

Restaurant Tip : try the stalls on the main road

Only 10 minutes walk from the airport. Very helpful English owner who provides a free pick up service if you phone the hotel in advance.

The hotel is in a less favourable area for a person travelling alone, although the lovely beach was only 15 mins walk away.

I arrived at this hotel alone as I was meeting my friend from Australia the next day. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and my room was spacious and clean. The hotel is small and low rise and in an unexpected back street, next to a few local rustic shops and restaurants. However, I noticed that many people used it for just one night to be close to the airport and with the free ride to the airport door on your return, this is an excellent service.

Hotel Feature Tip : Phone the hotel in advance for a free transfer to the hotel which is only a few minutes away by car or 10 mins to walk. Also, they will take you back to the airport if you want to travel down to Karon Beach or other in a shared minibus. We paid 180 bahts each to go to Karon from the airport which was good value.

I've been only one night in the hotel. It was a nice stay. The hotel is very quiet, no any noise from airport, one can feel like home, very friendly staff. Good swimming pool. Close to the nice sandy beach. Great place for having a rest after a long flight. Surely, would stay there again.

Quiet, close to the airport, nice pool

Breakfast was boring. Dinner was good but relatively expensive.

The hotel was very quiet when we were there. The rooms are situated round the pool (which we had to ourselves during our stay). Surprisingly little noise from the airport considering it is so close. Wish we had known about the free transfer from the airport - we were stung for a very expensive 5 minute taxi ride.

Has swimming pool and free transportation to/from the airport.

Rooms were spartan & ugly, formerly white plastic chairs outside units were discolored grey & unsightly, landscaping was watered but otherwise not trimmed or cared for. Entire outside had an unkempt look about it.

Had to lay a path of towels to the toilet in the cement floor bathroom as floor was soaking wet. Entire place was in a state of disrepair.

Travel tip : It's near the airport period

Close to the Phuket Airport.

Rooms a bit old.

Interesting place. Very quiet. Internet was fast and free. I think some effort should be put into updating the bathrooms as this may not suit a lot of visitors. Overall it met my needs.

location to airport, restaurant, free airport drop off, free internet!!!!

Bathroom

The Phuket Airport Hotel was much better than the first impression. It looked like a dumpy motel at first, but was nicer on the inside than the outside. Pool was small and clean (we saw them clean it), but we didn't go in it. We pnly stayed one night, arriving around 13:00. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, and the beach is fairly primitive with not many shops and restaurants. We had dinner at the hotel and it was one of our better meals in Thailand - a bit pricy though comparatively. Breakfast buffet was sufficient with toast, juices, Nescafe, yogurt, bananas. Bathroom wasn't grat -- no separate shower area, just a shower head next to the toilet with a concrete floor. For the price, the location, free internet, free airport drop off (2 mins away) and staff service make this a good choice. Would stya again for just 1 night if flying in/out of Phuket at odd times, but wouldn't say for the longer term.

Close to Airport, friendly staff, underestimated nearby town, relaxed atmosphere

If you expect luxury, this isn't for you!

The owner greeted us upon arrival and told us there had been a mix up in the bookings. So he organised another room from a hotel close by. He made sure we were looked after. The nearby town was an undiscovered beauty and it was great to get away from all the shenanigans of Patong after a few weeks. We organised this place for the convenience of getting to the airport early on time..We were picked up and dropped of and got smiles from woe to go.

Nightlife Tip : take stroll down the street of the nearby town and experience it without the massive crowds and enjoy Phuket for its proper beauty.

Rooms and pool very clean. Can walk to the beach. Good restaurant. Free transport to the airport.

Thin walls.

Stayed here one night for an early morning flight. The rooms are very clean, the pool was nice and the atmosphere overall is very pleasant and relaxing. Restaurant on the premises served excellent food and no problem getting a free ride to the airport when needed. You can walk to the beach, which is a national park. The only drawback was thin walls so you could hear everything in the next room, however there are only 2 units per bungalow, so it's only coming from one side.
