The staff were very helpful, they helped us to find a restaurant, book the taxi, to borrow cooking utensils, to make a local call... The room is very large, clean, new, comfortable for staying with a family or group of friend, but the location is too far a way to the sightseeing/attraction area, and not easy to find taxi, must write down the Thai address, cos not much taxi driver know the hotel location!! Walk about 10 mins will have convenience store, food stall and small market.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Please be careful, the room service only on 08:00 - 18:00 every day, after that no one in the receiption!! And the bathroom only have towel, soap, shampoo and shower gel.

Rooms are great, you do not want to leave after having stay there for a night or 2. The place is Clean and simple, no fancy decorations to make the room Loud but lots of space for your storage convenience.
Staff is helpful, goes the extra mile everytime. Their conversational english is good enough for hotel's daily needs so rest assure.
Location is just off the main road and 10-15mins drive to Bang Thao Beach which houses Laguna Resorts costing 400% to what I paid in Bike Resort.
Great place for those doing the Triathlon Races in Phuket, cause that was what I did there.

Great value hotel in the Laguna area

We went to Phuket for a Triathlon race and the options in Laguna Phuket (ie Dusit, Banyan Tree) were too much for a race vacation. Found Phuket Bike Resort which is 15 mins away from Laguna but 40% cheaper as well. This small boutique resort has all the amenities of the big resorts sans the beach view so its really good value for large groups or honeymooners. Their bike duplex has a large kitchen and living room that opens up to the pool. 2 rooms with king beds on the second floor that opens up to a balcony with a hot tub. Main challenge is transportation since taxis are limited. Its best to arrange in advance your itinerary to get maximum value for your transpo requirements.
Restaurant Tip:
Dining options in the area are limited but there are 2 great options:
1. 300M away from the resort, theres a rustic thai restaurant serving delicious pad thai and tom yum
2. The resort has a tie up with a local restaurant that can delivery cheap thai food in 30 minutes. Just ask the front desk

一到酒店，就有服務員比一杯冰凍飲品同熱手巾你，然後就幫你check in,（我是book兩房一廳的）check in 咗之後就帶你都房，房問好闊，有兩層，地下是廳同開放式廚房，在飯廳後面有落地玻璃門，一開門就係泳池，樓上有兩間房，每間房都有洗手間同浴室，在陽台還有個浴缸。想玩煮飯仔的記得問櫃台借用具！酒店行10-15min有間細lotus，有菜、煮食用品買。不錯的酒店。
