Nice rooms with comfortable beds

i enjoyed my stay the facilities were easy to access. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was good as the beach was close to the hotel. there was a range of dining facilties within the grounds and street food was also readily available close to the hotel also.
it was reasonably easy to organise day trips/adventures through the hotel after arrival.
Travel tip:
If you don't organise transfers with the hotel itself I suggest getting a mimivan from the airport s it is way cheaper than trying to get a taxi or limosine.

We have arrived and got greeted and taken care of promptly. The pool grounds are what we saw in their adds and web site. Are suite was fantastic and in a great location exactly what we ordered.
Their staff is very helpful and are will do everything to assist.
The things we were not happy with is: WiFi is not free, and the reception in our suite did not work, and their techs. Could not fix it.
mattresses,were a bit on the hard side.
Restaurant Tip:
Loved their dinner Buffett, and close by Savoy.

Would not recommend Phuket Graceland to anyone!

I can not recommend this hotel or say anything positive about it. The reception staff were EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. After arriving at 9:00 am, we were told our rooms would be ready by 2 pm. As my husband and I were travelling with our 5 month old daughter, we checked with reception at 12:40 to see if any of the 5 rooms on our booking (we were travelling with 12 people) were ready yet. Reception refused to check as they told me check in was at 2:00 pm. Finally someone checked for me as my daughter was screaming and I was told it would be ready at 1:20. At 2:00 pm, the rest of our group went to reception to be told that their rooms were not ready and that checkin was FROM 2:00 and that none of the rooms would be ready for at least another hour. There were 6 other Australian travellers (unrelated to us) who were all sitting in reception and told the same thing. When we did eventually get to our room, they smelt, were very run down. The air con was either on (freezing) or off. We organised transfers when booking the accommodation. On the day before we were leaving, we checked with reception what time the transfer would be leaving, only to be told that none had been organised. We took the email from them down to reception to prove that they had told us that they had been organised. No apology was received.

Nice hotel but getting a bit tired.
A good walk into the heart of Patong

Hotel needs a bit of a lift, it is getting a bit tired.
Breakfast was far to busy and noisy.
Restaurant Tip:
Whitebox restaurant is a must, but it is not cheap.

stayed at the graceland hotel for our 1 year anniversary and it was everything we wanted and more. the rooms were amazing, the staff were helpful and the location was stop on.
rooms were clean and nothing was too much trouble when requested. room service was prompt and fresh.
pool was great. swim up bar was a great extra.
staff were friendly and accommodating and everything was processed smoothly.
location was great. opposite the patong beach, minutes walk or short tuk tuk ride to anywhere.
i would definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends and anyone wanting a relaxing stay. we will be back again next year.

suit room is great, big and nice, got 3 bolony, but seaview is not so good because it is covered by many trees, good location for shopping, close to beach, breakfast is good, dinner is great with live singer, can dance as well, staff is not so friendly, generally is good hotel, nice big pool with fitness centre, good valve, good for family fun trip

Enjoyed our 3 days at Gracelands. Breakfast was great all food was fresh and high quality.We played ten pin bowls on a rainy day that was fun

Great place to have some peace from hustle and bussle of Phuket but be close enough to still walk to all bars and resturants

this hotel is very big, so if you are looking for a quiet place, choose another hotel. the rooms are quite big, though a bit old. the 2 pools are very nice, but outside guests are not allowed...!!! breakfast is good, though always crowded. overall, it is a nice hotel, but lacks identity. staff was friendly, but not so naturally... always looking for tips. the location is very nice, just across from the beach, but a bit far from where the action is. one bad comment: the walls are so small that you can hear everything that is going on in the next room or in the corridor...
