The hotel was fantastic and was flooded with Australian tourists, especially at breakfast time. Beautiful spacious rooms with amazing pools.
Be careful to not get overcharged on cab fair to airport. Hotel asked for 1000 bht but on the street cab cost me 500 including tip.If you catch mini bus to airport, hotel asks 200 bht but hotel around corner charged 150.
Restaurant Tip:
good local food on the streets.

the hotel was fantastic staff was so very friendly
the two swimming pools are superb and grounds kept so neat and clean

we had a great stay at graceland staff were extra friendly, rooms were very clean, food was always fresh and to top it off they provided a birthday cake for my birthday as a surprise.
Shopping Tip:
never pay full price the locals love to bata

Food is good and competitively priced.
Great in house facilities with the beach just across the road.
Travel tip:
Walking distance to all the action but far enough away for some peace and tranquility.

Was very happy here with my family of two young kids. The beach is just across the road and a superb place to hang back and have a few beers...
Restaurant Tip:
Try going to the restaurants on the inside lane of town and not directly on Patong beach. Same food, much better prices and ambience.

Great Pools, Bowling Alley, Pool & table Tennis tables - things for kids to do

Nice hotel but a little bit of a walk to Bangla Road. Good Sized rooms that were interconnecting which is good for families. Good variety of food at Breakfast although hot food like bacon, eggs and food in bay marie's was not very hot. Big grass area for kids to kick a ball around.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A 1 hour long foot massage is a must!!! Try one every day - it's great after a long day shopping.

The service of the hotel is very bad, the management try to make any possible cents from the customer, e.g. They charge 48 TB for ice every day, even though they have fri, they don't provide the tool for you to make the ice yourself, even when check with the hotel, they said, because they charge for ice, they don't give any tools! How funny!
Its not a good room type for couple to stay since the rooms only have one type -- 2 beds! So not romantice! We have been in Phuket many times, this is the worst hotel there on Patong beach!
Also the breakfast in the hotel is so poor! unbeliveable! Don't go there!

the hotel has a very big and uniqe beautiful swimming pool with a refreshig bar in the mittle of the swimming pool, you can see the sea from the hotel pool and it is vary close, you just need to cross the street.
